Stopped at the atm to withdraw cash, the atm malfunctioned and said the cash dispenser is unavailable right now. Luckily the drive thru teller was open so I drove up to withdraw, as I still haven’t received cash. While I waited for a teller I brought up my Huntington app and my account showed that the atm transaction went through and it withdrew the money even though I didn’t receive it.So I told the teller what happened and she apologized and filed a dispute, I believe her name was Kate, very professional and empathetic and she was able to resolve the situation. It took a couple days for the credit to hit my account but really appreciate how she handled the situation.

Came here for a cashier's check. I am pleased with the quick service. The one problem is there is no indication of where to enter the main parking lot, but at least there are a few sidewalk parking areas without meters.

Terrible. Seems everytime I go to the ATM it's always out of service. Called the local branch they told me they dont know why. Wow if you dont know why then who does? Also always trying to sell me something when I simple go there for a simple transaction or deposit really annoying maybe you should start treating your customers as customers or people a little friendliness could go a long way instead of trying to upsell us all the time.

Terrible interaction with Manager. Unpleasant and seems to pass you to tellers for basic questions.

If I could give this branch a negative score, I would! It was a horrible experience dealing with the manager named Jessica. We were there to talk with the manager Jessica about my father's passing and a POA. In the lobby, we listened to Jessica talk about other clients accounts in vivid detail for an hour. Once we were able to talk with her, I attempted to close her office door so the lobby could not hear our conversation. She immediately opened her office door and stated "My comfort is more important then your privacy". We were shocked at her disgusting attitude. She was none-emphatic and extremely rude. I told her I was going to speak with her manager and Jessica's response was "go right ahead, that's fine". I called the Huntington Bank home office and spoke to a supervisor named Steve. He was apologetic and did in fact inform me Jessica's actions were not just rude but illegal which I already knew. We will NEVER return to that bank as long as she is there, frankly we are considering removing the funds because of her unprofessional actions and poor attitude.

I was able to open my account online. I've actually gone there twice. It's as pleasant as going to the bank is ever going to be. Only complaint I have is their parking is weird.

I've banked here since back in the First Merit days. I was nervous when everything switched to Huntington. This is by FAR the best Huntington branch though. Their customer service blows First Merit away. I always try to have Jessica take care of me, she is really pleasant and laughs a lot which I really appreciate. She (and the rest of the staff) also takes the time to explain every question that I have. Thanks for being such a great bank.

Called the bank to do a money transfer. First off~~ They told me I had to go through the automated teller to get it done. They transfer me. Which lead me to another woman. She said I had to go through the automated teller. After I told her They connected me to her.I got the run around between not having a secret code and doing it on line. To make a long story short... I had to do a test and if I passed, She would do the transfer.

I've been coming here for years, and have had a lot of poor customer experiences. Firstmerit used to send out questionnaires on service (this ended a bit before Huntington bought them), and after being very clear in them- the customer service issues were resolved. My last few visits have been fine, no issues from people at all- they greet when you get in line, take care of what is needed, and have you on your way. I really had to use the restroom on my last visit- they were happy to let me use the restroom! This isn't for non customers, and I am careful to leave things in the way that I found them! So why is this a one star? I have contacted Firstmerit about my issue in emails, and through every survey I've received. They do not allow ANYONE but Firstmerits approved security members to carry their equipment in their buildings. It does not matter what ones credentials are, or their legal abilities to carry- if you aren't on the list, it is against policy. That policy is enforceable by law meaning people who follow the law (who have money, use banks, so on) can not break it without risking a felony. Oh, you're a police officer? An FBI agent? You are risking a felony entering this facility if you are not actively ON DUTY. Now combine this with the layout of the facility. There is a long hallway leading from the parking lot to the main area, with a small hallways great for ambushing individuals. Just outside, several large square brick pillars, as well as a row of bushes. Three excellent places for criminals to hide. You know who DOESN'T rob banks? Law abiding citizens and public servants. The people who follow their rules (the law). You know who WOULD rob a bank? Those who don't care what the law is. Who will do whatever they want, whenever they want, regardless of human life in the way. I have one account left here, a loan I am paying off. I have closed all other accounts, and as long as they keep their policy of "no legal defense here! no one here can protect themselves!" and publish it on their building, I will not recommend them or use their services by choice.
