I had a disappointing experience with this business. The sales representative was unhelpful, and the quality of the lumber was poor. They seem disorganized, selling items without knowing what's in stock. It's also concerning how they treat their employees, as good ones are driven away by negative attitudes. In a close-knit community like ours, supporting each other should be a priority, especially for those contributing to its rebuilding.

They delivered the 350lb stairs to my front yard. Didn’t knock on door, and we were waiting for them, to see if front yard or back or place in general location. Just literally dropped off in my front yard. And that after they missed the first delivery date. So done

We are trying to order storm doors, we were told it would take 24 to 48 hours to get the price and they would give us a call, after a week we had to call them to get the price. Now we have been waiting days for someone to come out to measure and our calls and voice mails are going unanswered .

Contacted them several times about getting a deck replaced and talking to them about what they offered and no one ever got back to me. Seems they don’t need business too bad!

We went there to see about replacing our deck. Hard to get someone to help you out. When someone finally did wait on us, just made us feel like we were bothering them and taking time away from standing around the counter talking to other employees. Very disappointed in the customer service we received and we were really looking forward to stopping there based on all the TV commercials.
