I was finally able to get my belongings out of this storage facility... I got a phone call saying I was getting my deposit this morning... Only for them to call back this afternoon to telling me I wasn't getting my deposit back... Why dont we talk about the storm that hit Huntsville the day before and flooded and ruined a majority of my stuff stored in their units... August 1st! The unit was clean! The dresser was set outside of the unit... I sweat and picked up all the trash... my girlfriend went by and made sure that everything was copacetic... I guess what I'm trying to say is Ohio people seem to be really shading and money hungry... I paid a deposit I didn't leave a mess I didn't tell your unit up...

Had to walk a considerable distance to access my storage because the snow was not removed well enough for a normal car to get through.
