Decided to get The Whole Thing exterior and interior done the other day but was left disappointed with how my car looked. I should have known better considering that almost everyone working there is younger than 20, so the work product is about as good as one can expect from young kids these days. I would not recommend this carwash to my friends and would say that anyone considering The Whole Thing for $45 is wasting their money.

My wife took our Expedition up there for a full interior cleaning. We just got back from spring break with our dog in the car so admittedly, it needed a good thorough cleaning. When I got home, I saw the job they had done. It certainly was not worth the $50 or so bucks it cost and I am positive it wasn’t worth the additional $10 tip she gave. My wife doesn’t love confrontation so she didn’t say anything. Other than the front seats, the cubbies throughout the car were not touched. The area in the back where the dog and the far rear seats were addressed either. I have pics of all of this. It should be noted that I did the remaining cleaning myself and was able to handle all of these issues that they couldn’t. If they felt that they couldn’t do a good enough job, they should have just told us this rather than taking the money and doing a poor job. It should be noted that this is the second time that we have been unhappy. The first time, we took it back for them to finish the job. This time, I didn’t even bother. They are fine with the exterior but if your car needs a true cleaning on the interior, I would go somewhere else. I tried to send them a direct message through their “contact us” part of their website but after filling everything out I kept getting a technical error when trying to send it. It appears that their website does a poor job too!

The employees are all helpful and pleasant. They do a great job on the outside and inside. Nice outdoor seating. Yearly wash packages available.

Very disappointed in this place lately. I'm not one to get upset easily but when this is three times in a row that they have done a terrible job it's not okay. I understand maybe someone being new or having a bad day. But this was very upsetting to see everything they missed when I got home.They barely vacuumed. It looks like a two year old wiped things down and zeroTire shine on any tire. For the amount of money paid for the service and the tip I leave everytime it's very disappointing.

I had to re wash my car after going here. It caused heavy streaking of wax I think. The inside I had to do over too. They missed the whole dash of my car. I brought it to the attendants attention and they just looked at each other and shrugged. I had to basically redo my entire car after paying 47.00!!!

I used to have a membership here. Chose not to renew it due to the lack of care for the vehicle. I would pay for certain type or a premium wash and I would watch the employees at the control box inside the bay, enter the most basic washes instead of the premium. I thought, maybe it was a mistake but after seeing it done more than 5 times I decided to stop going. Even when I pay for the tire shine, they would use a busted dirty brush and wound smear shine all over the rims. Then the kids that were responsible for drying off the car would stand outside the window staring you down for a tip that they didn’t deserve. Uncomfortable environment for the guests and sad to see them robbing guests after paying for premium washes. Do better Hudson….Services: Delivery

No longer my go to. I don’t like that they changed you driving your car into the wash instead of them doing it: or paying in the car line instead of going inside. It’s less personal. Additionally the workers there were unfriendly including the guy instructing me into the wash. No one told me where to go when the wash was over. It’s a completely different vibe and I don’t like it. I also went inside to get a drink and snack and no one came to cash me out. Apparently I’m not the only one who has noticed all this. I was just about to get a membership and then this. Not to mention the last few times I’ve been here they missed spots. And today - crumbs, spots on door. I’m paying for the whole thing and they used to do such a great job. Bummer. This gem is no longer. I’ll just go to the touchless drive thru place down the road since it’s all impersonal now and the quality is gone!

Low quality wash - worse since they don't towel dry anymore. The water spots are awful.

...what happened to this place??? ...was in Florida so I hadn't been to my favorite car wash for about 6 months ...what a DISAPPOINTMENT ...I was used to incredible service AND ITS GONE! ...upgraded to a $20.00 plus car wash expecting what I had always received in the past ...NOPE ...ALL GONE! ...wheels and tire shine was suppose to be included ...wheels came out filthy ...and the tire shine was atrocious, sloppy, if not non existent ...spent a good hour in my driveway cleaning up the unfinished mess all around my vehicle and literally detailing my vehicle myself with my own products! There used to be staff, that we would tip, who would dry and "finish" the wash process, wheels, and tires perfectly ...they ARE GONE! ...leaving an air dried absolute dirty mess for me to clean up myself. Do yourself a great big favor and find another car wash. What they offer NOW is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! Rick M

I've been using this car was since it opened. I live in Cuyahoga Falls and would go out if my way to drive over. They used to do a fantastic job. Its expensive but it was like a mini detailing job. The last time I went they didn't do a great job but anybody can have a bad day. I went today and for $56 I got a horrible job. My mats looked like they just took them out and shook them out. They used to spray them off. The interior carpet cleaning was not good. They used to do the door jambs, not today. I paid for the tire shine. There was no shine. I had to come home and fix their job. I'm done with this place, your standards have fallen to an unacceptable point for what you charge.Services: Polishing
