Unprofessional and disorganized. Multiple missing packages. Called up to ask about one of my packages that was stuck there and the lady on the phone snapped at me for asking.

i don’t trust them, many of my packages come up missing, lately they have been opening my mail before delivery, here is a pack of clothes my friend sent me that was sliced open thru multiple layers by the driver to inspect what was inside and determine if worth stealing or not!! i have also had sensitive envelopes opened they are targeting personal information

So when I'm watching the tracking for a package, and it says it was delivered in my mail box, but there's no package there. The quality of the post office is becoming a joke. Amazon has done great, ups and fedex too. This is the second time the post office delivered one of my packages to the wrong address.

Instead of my order getting shipped to my customer i found it in my own mail box. Thanks for not doing your only job.More packages ive delievered havent been scanned in by these people. I only came here because i had limited time. Never again

As far as Post Offices are concerned, this is the best one I have encountered. I ship several letters and small packages daily, and I have not had a problem with this post office. I have had problems down the line, but things are always scanned in and on their way the same day. The staff there are generally polite to me and helpful if I have a question or concern. It is a busy post office so if you need help, there will be a wait.
