just the best farmers around. chris and fred are wonderful, kind, and motivated farmers and teachers. with backgrounds in education, it's clear that they take care of their soil and natural environments. the garlic is OUTSTANDING and beautiful. highly suggest buying their garlic -- it''ll go above and beyond.

I was so lucky to meet this man FRED ! He is Certified USDA organic! He's a great guy ,with a great knowledge of the product,and helpful,and great information..His growing knowledge is impeccable.., Just a wonderful guy all the way around. It was a pleasure to deal with the man and I thank him for that.

I attended an event at the garlic Farm where Fred and Chris were phenomenal host they took us on a tour of the farm and gave us the story & the history of garlic.
