my son is mixed so i should have taken that into consideration before choosing this place but im still so upset i paid 35 dollars for my sons first hair cut and i felt like she just rushed through it. she was great with my son but i had to take him to a barber directly after because of how bad it looked and the barber wasn’t even able to fix it because she cut the hair off in a spot that shouldn’t have even been touched. there was hair sticking out on the side. the photo below was taken before the other place fixed it!

This was our first time checking out this salon for our 4 year old son. As soon as we walked in, Rose noticed that he was wearing a Paw Patrol shirt, and put the show on the iPad for him to watch. She did a great job on his haircut - explaining things when he got a little nervous with the clippers by his ears. Overall a really nice experience!

Might as well have let my toddler cut his own hair with how bad it looks. Had to completely recut it myself. This wasn’t his first haircut so even though he doesn’t like haircuts, we have had others that still did a great job.

Made an appointment at 11 and the lady was working on a kid in the chair and had another one waiting when we arrived at 11. So we said, hey no problem we will walk around, as she knew we booked at 11. We come back at 11:25 and with no call or text, she had another kid in the chair. 0 warning and she didn’t acknowledge us as soon as we walked in. We got up and left. Extremely rude to do that. It’s hard enough to entertain a toddler for 30 minutes in a small place which is why we walked around the building , then to pass over us again. Will not be returning. You should work on your customer experience.

My grandson has autism. Haircuts are very difficult at home. After hearing great things about Snip-it’s we decided to take the one hour trip. I THINK we had Tamara as the stylist. The atmosphere is amazing. My grandson was a wild man. He started hitting and kicking so we stopped trying to get him to agree for everyone’s safety. But let me tell you…the stylist was incredibly patient. She remained calm with him, speaking softly to him and never tried to man handle him. I recommend this place ?, even though we couldn’t accomplish what we wanted to. It was his autism and had NOTHING to do with the stylist. I will continue to recommend Snip-it’s to anyone that will listen!

We just moved to Hudson and had Tamara cut our son's hair and she did such a great job! She's great with kids and clearly loves what she does! We highly recommend her!

Tamara did a fantastic job on our son's hair today. She actually listened, took her time, and didn't feel put out to be cutting our child's hair. Unlike other women we've experienced at this location. Please please please keep this one!

The stylist (Miss Cricket) was patient and created a nice hair style while my child was crying hysterically and moving her head constantly. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out, the crew is really attentive and nice.
I love the kid's first haircut package - definitely recommend it!

November 2023: We’ve come here now for about a year and half and this was my least favorite cut. Rose had no idea how we typically do it even though the girls always read it from the notes from last time and do the same thing. I showed her a picture and it didn’t turn out much like the picture. When we got home we had to fix quite a few spots that were left super long and despite me saying short on the sides and longer on top it was all one length. Worst part was everytime my son moved his head she would completely stop nervously. I ended up holding his head in place so she could do it. We will definitely ask for someone else if we come back.
January 2024 New experience: after our last experience Samantha reached out to me to ask what had happened and to see if they could make it right. We had been there in the past and had good cuts so I was totally willing to give it another try! We went back today and saw Danicia! She was amazing and so good with my boy. He was very relaxed with her. She was very fast, which is good with toddlers! The cut was EXACTLY what I asked for! No touch ups when we go home this time! Thank you to Samanth and Danicia! If you go I would ask for one of them! 5 Stars!

Rose was absolutely amazing! The staff today on Friday 12/15/2023 at 11:30am was so kind and great with our son. We can not recommend them enough. We love snip it’s and will definitely be back to visit Rose!

I went and took my son who has autism the hairstyle was named was Tamara when I walked in she was very rude did not like the fact that my son was autistic she was not patient at all with him she is not trained enough to be working with children with autistic issues I work with Summit DD children and adults disabilities she needs to be reprimanded will not come back there very unprofessional

Can't find the place to carry out my kids appointments. Will find somewhere else to go that is more visible and more helpful when I call for directions. Very unfortunate because we traveled quite a ways. Cold stone was here tho so the kids are happy!! So Samantha, your answer was about as helpful as your directions. My capabilities to find the place is not the issue, your response to my problem finding the place is. Very unprofessional. No worries, we will find another place for the girls to get cuts.
