The maintenance staff (Phillip & Rocco) are the very best. Whenever we need a repair, the gentlemen arrive quickly and fix the problem the first time.

This was our third Redwood neighborhood and it was exactly what we came to expect from Redwood! Front office was always timely with requests, maintenance requests were handled timely and correctly every time, neighborhood was well kept and in a great location. Only reason we moved out was because we purchased a house.

They replaced the heating element instead of the entire oven sand they did it quickly. Thus far, the new element is making the oven run better- even the cleaning process is better. Thanks!
