“I have a new car shop! They really went above and beyond. I have an e-check coming up and toke it in because sensor lights were flashing on my dash. Of course, the lights went off when dropping it off. They did test after test. Then decided sence the sensor lights were off to e-check it for me! When it passed, they still wanted to find the sorce of the problem . They were very honest with me! I had a few other issues as well, and they were very upfront about what was important to fix now and what could wait. Highly recommend R J's!”

“I got my oil changed at Valvoline. They do a pretty good job today I needed my tire pressure checked because I had a light come on saying I had a low tire pressure. I drove in and they put air in my tires and I was on my way. There was no charge as I had had my oil change just prior. The workers were quick courteous and had me on my way in no time and save me from having to get down and try to put air in the tire myself when I have a very bad back and a heart condition”

“If only there was a 6 star option! I was on a cross-country road trip and I pulled off the highway in Akron when my battery light came on. Larry and Junior were able to test for and diagnose the problem, look for a replacement part, and get a new alternator installed in just a few hours and I was on my way. You can tell Larry takes pride in his shop and special shout out to Junior who got me back on the road so quickly.”

“We drove an hour away from home to go car shopping at a different location and it was the worst experience ever, we were really hesitant to keep shopping for the day but decided to give it a go. We came to Al Spitzer and they were nothing but welcoming as soon as we walked in. We called ahead and they had the car pulled up and in the parking lot ready to be driven for a test drive. Throughout the process, everyone was exceptional- you could tell they all genuinely cared and had our family in their best interests unlike other place who treat you like your a transaction. They made the process fun, easy, and met all of our needs and then some. When the deal was done, the gave our car another detail (not that it needed it because it was already clean) and filled up the tank. 12/10 recommended Al Spitzer Akron!”

“I recently bought a 2008 Ford mustang and as luck would have it, the wiper fluid sprayers stopped working after i brought it home. I had already brought my truck here before for a general inspection and they did a good job so I trusted they could figure out the mustang. I dropped my car off Thursday night and they were done with it by 3 pm the next day. They are very honest and get right to the point when diagnosing your car. The price they quoted me was also less than neighboring shops which is a huge plus these days. I will definitely be back again for any other work I can't do at home.”
“I was right on mileage for this change but it has been 9 Months since we did the Full Synthetic 5W-30. I like how careful these techs are. They pull the old oil out through the dipstick so no chance of of drain plug issues. Unless I am at the Ford Dealership I always come here.”

“The Auto technician Hayden and the other guy whom was starting the day out Friday Dec 12th were very enthusiastic and helpful guys they got the job done and were very personable whomever are these guys district manager should consider a raise of some sort ive never been more impressed by a oil change company and thats saying allot considering I usually use Mr Tire. But with all things considered and how shitty countless people are to these boys every day Id highly consider making sure you keep these guys on board with competitive wages because those are kind of people when you loose you won't be able to replace.”
“Had a grest experience at the Take 5 on West Market Blvd. The young man went above and beyond and offered to look at the cabin filter which it turned out have had chipmumks building a home. Was so grateful to have that replaced.”
