I have been going to the NTB in Hudson for several years for routine maintenance, and I just took a used car for my teens to have it inspected. They have always been honest about what is needed and why, and what repairs can wait. Highly recommend this location!

I went to get a tire rotation and waited over an hour to find that they lied to me and said my car was taken care of. But in reality I had marked my tires and they had not done a rotation. Needless to say I will never give them my business again.

I had multiple suspension related issues with my car driving into town for a weekend and dropped it off right before close on a Friday evening. They understood I was only in town for a short time and was under a time crunch. They were able to diagnose, order parts, and do all of the work by end of day Monday which, for the type of repair, was very impressive! They even took the time to apply all discounts they could before I arrived. I appreciate how they went above and beyond to help me out in a pretty stressful situation!
