“Went here because our Pharmacy didn't have the medicine our daughter needed. Dan the Pharmacist....what a nice guy. Talked to him over the phone and in-person, just a genuine and caring person. This feel reminds me of when small pharmacies knew everybody in town and didn't just treat them as a "stranger". Dan was talking to somebody about a recent procedure a customer had and asked how they were. When I was picking up the prescription, he was talking to another customer about their husband. This Pharmacy isn't far from us, I may just consider moving my family's scripts to this Walgreens just to benefit from this care and service.”
“Walmart in Macedonia...First I just want to say how disappointed i was to see an elderly gentleman outside struggling with the shopping carts. The last few times i have been there to shop,he was the only one out there pushing the carts.Meanwhile you have the younger people inside ,sitting on their butts at the self checkout line.Why dont you put the younger guys out there on the carts?Why couldn't you hire this man as a greeter?Such a shame.”

“Both Pharmacists and the pharmacy staff go out of their way to deliver great customer service with compassion and knowledge that covers the whole family. The pharmacy assists with vaccinations, diagnostics and over the counter remedies as well as in depth up- to date cognition on the latest medical break throughs and interactions of rx drugs, vitamin and nutritional supplements and preventive health measures. The staff is always cheerful, informative and benevolent any time of day or night.”

“Kudos to the management/employees who immediately responded to my concern about an unmasked shopper, who belligerently told me she didn’t need a (mandated by the governor) mask because she was a DOCTOR! The young man in produce left his station at once, to return with a young lady from customer service, who explained in no uncertain terms that this was a business and masks were required. She stood her ground, and repeated TWICE, “Please don’t come any closer”, as the unmasked shopper approached her. The shopper then abandoned her cart, and stated loudly that she would never shop there again as she stormed off. Instead of leaving, however, she went to the customer service desk, where she was very vocal in her complaints. I didn’t see the final outcome, but I’m sure she was reminded that masks were mandatory........ Marc’s will continue to have my business as long as they follow the governor’s mandates, and keep the employees who uphold them. I was impressed with their response today.”
“again they need to revamp this store badley. its clutered you Cant walk in the front of the store where the registers are. shelvs are never stocked employees are rude & nasty.All of this has been an issue since long before covid.”
“Jessica the checkout cashier is so pleasant and treats every customer with same pleasantries and makes sure she covers everything from asking for their drug mart card to having something individualized niceties. With everyone on edge and stressed with holidays and COVID it is very nice to have someone like Jessica in the world.”

The employees of this Walgreens were extremely calm (key word: employees...not patrons). The store was more organized than I anticipated and staff members were in a pleasant mood despite the circumstances.
