I have an exchange student that decided to join this facility a couple of weeks ago due to it being close by and easy for me to get him there. He was interested in doing the rock climbing wall. When I asked the woman at the desk when the rock climbing wall was available and open, she said I don’t think it’s ever been open since I’ve worked here. The owner happen to be there, and I asked him when the rock climbing wall would be open. He said he couldn’t get anyone to belay the wall so it was never open. FYI for anyone joining who thinks that they’re going to be able to do any rock climbing on the rock climbing wall think again they don’t pay anyone to operate it, so it will never be available. I’m not sure what that other poster that posted just a month or two ago about the rock climbing wall and her kids loving it when the owner said it hasn’t been opened in a long long time and an employee verified. That sounds like a five star friend review instead of a real review.Update in response to business owner. I was a member 7 years ago and these were all problems back then. That is why I am no longer a member. My last straw was when I was given a towel to use that was dirty, stained and gross. It was a summer towel that was probably left at the pool over the summer and your facility incorporated it in with the towels to give to members. It was faded and stained up, so nasty. I returned it immediately and wrote a letter to cancel my contract due to a breach of contract. In that letter I included photos. Your facility accepted the resignation after seeing proof. During the 2 months that I was a member the jacuzzi in the lady's dressing room was broken down 2 times for a week and the main jacuzzi by the pool was broken down for a week. The sauna was broken down for a week. The indoor pool had all the same problems back then. I never experienced the outdoor pools until this summer. Your whole facility is run down and in need of MAJOR repairs and updates. Back when I was a member you were charging, If I recall correctly, about $90. a month which is what all the NEW fancy updated clean facilities are charging now. If I could give a NO STARS I would. This place is so rundown and nasty if I could give it a zero I would. My child did a summer swim team and had to swim in the pool over the summer it was absolutely disgusting. The first time he went and swam there he came out and said I am never swimming in the pool again. This is a child who has been swimming since he was 4 1/2 on the swim team and is now a teenager. The pool water was cloudy with large clumps of hair. So cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom or the sides of the pool. Everything is run down. This place isn’t maintenance or kept up in anyway.

Bought an outdoor pool membership this year and a bit dissapointed. First off no one ever told us that half the day is filled with day camps. So there is always alot of kids. From 11-1is one and 1-3 is another. Really wish they had a members only day or members only time. The other thing is there is no adults running the outdoor pool. The lifeguards are all young college kids that are too busy not caring. Several times so far this summer we have went and there has been trash in the pool. Wrappers, band aide, clumps of hair and bugs. I understand that happens but doesn't anyone skim the pool regularly? Never see anyone doing so. Definitely dissapointed considering how much we paid for a membership.

Water stains all over the walls, AC has been broken in the locker room, soap dispensers empty with “shower body wash”‘being used instead of antibacterial hand soap, and falling ceiling tiles. Worst of all billing department constantly over bills and Kayleigh in billing department never answers her phone or returns voicemails.

We like to use the pool, rockClimbing wall, bball court and more as a family. We love that they have a kids night out 1 time a month with child care for reasonable pricing.I personally love the warm therapy pool and aqua classes!

I have been a member here for about a month. They have everything I look for in a fitness club. The pool is a nice addition for both the summer and winter months

This place is just bad. Equipment always broken. It smells. The pools are filthy and I wouldn't even give my dog a bath in them. It seems to be very poorly managed and run. You'd be better to take you business elsewhere so that you can enjoy a state of the art facility with top notch equipment and you'll probably pay less.

Yikes. My family up and quickly termed the contract. Bathrooms were never clean. Locker room had a “nice” odor to it. It’s so convenient but we won’t be back until new management

My sons enjoy using the weight equipment which they do regularly, and my wife enjoys going to swim in the indoor pool. Could use better lighting, cleaning and some decor upgrades.

Old, dirty and musty. That's pretty much all you need to know. We were members there for a year and after one month I knew we shouldn't have signed up there. The showers (at least the ones that work) have different shower heads and the locker room is hot an muggy as heck. So, after working up a sweat you take a shower and then get sweaty again trying to get dressed. The only positive it it's relatively inexpensive. And it shows why.

I was a member at LCP for a long time. We chose there at first because the facilities were decent and well-kept and - most importantly - my son could workout by himself once he turned 12. Over the years, the facility has fallen apart and they don't fix many things that are broken. The sauna or whirlpool are consistently out of order and the dressing area has no ventilation. It is hot and steam from the showers are present as you dress after a workout. We found that during football season, my son and I couldn't use LCP much so we filed paperwork to place a 'hold' on the account where we paid a $20 fee or so to keep the account active but we couldn't work out there. What I found was they are very difficult to deal with when it comes to adjusting or canceling your account. When you call, you almost always reach a voicemail. I stopped in three times and waited each time, yet nobody became available. When I finally was able to sit and talk with someone, they offered me a 'freeze' on my account for $20 per month where we couldn't use the facility, but the account would remain active. We talked about a freeze until the end of the year, however they only froze it for a month and began billing regularly after. I called to discuss and again received voicemails. When getting a call back the next day they again were unhelpful, unprofessional and basically said too bad the date they put on paperwork was wrong.I've moved to another workout facility that is cleaner, friendlier, has better equipment and is basically the same price. So, in the end I'm thankful their customer service helped me look around at other options rather than continue to go to an old building with equipment that is falling apart.

I joined here because of the hot tub and the warm pool... the club offers just about everything...massages, travel club, reformer, private trainers, movie night Daycare and more... it is an older club so don't expect everything to be brand new..
