I know that Joannes is having trouble right now but very little in sewing merchandise. Not much in buttons or lace to choose from. When I checked out (I had 3 yards of white satin fabric) asked if I wanted a bag for my items. I thought that was strange. Why would I not want a bag especially for white satin fabric. They better get there act together or they will really go out of business.

The sales clerk cutting fabric at the Hudson was very rude. Very snippy when she spoke to you. When I was checking out, the cashier had the same rude and snippy attitude. I had beads that she threw them in a large bag with all my other purchased. I had bought some flower stems which poked a hole in my bag. Thank goodness I saw that and didn't like my very small items. That store has really gone downhill. Sad.

I made an online order March 7th for $72.27, that came out of my bank account. On March 10th, part of my order was shipped and they charged my account another $32.13. Today on March 13th the second half of my order was shipped and my account got charged $40.14. So my $72 order has cost me $144. In the mean time, it caused my bank account to overdraft which cost me $35. Do NOT order from Joann unless you have unlimited $$$'s in your account!

Great store. All you ever need for crafts and decor, but they are just too expensive. I only went for their 80% off Christmas and Halloween items.

I love this Joann Fabric location. The employees are really nice. The employees are also very helpful, I took an in person sewing class once there, and it was very useful, plus I was able to learn how to use my 1975 Singer.

The clerk at the cutting counter was very cold.
