I just picked up my car from Hudson Collision Center. I was so impressed with the text updates on status and communications from them. I felt like I was in the loop. When Don showed me my car it looked awesome. I honestly wasn’t sure it was my car it looked so good. The biggest thing I noticed they detailed my interior and it looks like a new car. Thank you!

Hudson Collision Center was very precise in communicating with me that they needed time to get the parts in for fixing my Mercedes. This communication was followed up with a phone call to bring the car in. I brought it in, received great services at the front desk, left the car and 5 days later the car was fixed perfectly. An extra bonus was that they cleaned the interior and exterior of the car. I got first rate service and the quality of their repairs was outstanding. Job well done.

Great body shop! Went through insurance on a hit and run rear fender collision. They are honest, they're not the cheapest body shop in town, but their work is good and in this case you definitely get a better quality repair. I'll continue to recommend and use Hudson Collision of I ever have future body shop needs.

The repair techs were super friendly and did an amazing job. I only did a star less because the reception desk woman was acting like I was annoying her when I asked a simple question and ignored me when I was kind and said thanks so much after I had paid my deductible. However, that's life and just from my experience. Other than that small inconvenience, this place is the way to go for auto body repair!Service: Body & Trim

Don and Heath are truly the best in the business in the area. They have taken care of my family and our vehicles for over a decade and the quality of their workmanship is unmatched. They have always given us great communication and deliver on the times they've promised. We've had them repair everything from a Chevy to a BMW. Their entire staff is incredibly friendly and they've always been fair. While I hope I don't have to see either of them for a little while longer (haha), I won't take our cars anywhere else when they need repairs from damage. Thank you both!Services: Painting

Had a front end collision happen to my 2013 FRS and they did a fantastic job replacing everything and fixing the awful front wiring job from the previous owner. Everything looks amazing and they were extremely communicative about the whole process. Thank you so much guys!

Absolutely awful! The worst experience and the worst repair job I have ever had. The staff is very rude. They don’t return calls or update you on status of your parts or repairs etc. They are very rude when you walk in. The vehicle looks like a train wreck after repairs and is not even cleaned as you can see in pictures.I don’t trust they fixed anything properly. If what you can see when you just walk up to the car looks so bad I can only imagine what it looks like where you can’t see under body panels etc. No follow up!I will be posting on all review sites and social media platforms as well as my insurance company’s review page.

On January 30th, I took my car to Hudson Collision. They were very polite to me and provided very good customer service. When I got the car back, the front and the back had been cleaned pretty decently and I decided that I would give them the highest rating. I didn't realize that they would be detailing my car so I was appreciative. My car was very messy because I had used it to haul items. I notice that they put everything in the trunk in a box. I also notice that they did not clean the trunk but that was "ok." This weekend I went to grab the box and notice that the box was collapsing, they had put a weight (for exercising equipment)and a vise which added heavy weight to the box on top, I quickly grabbed them out of the box but the box was not taped to hold anything because the top of the inside of the box was taped not the bottom. (As if they want me to grab the box and everything to fall out) As I went through the box the person who detailed the car placed a pair of my prescription glasses and my prescription sunglasses at the bottom of the box with other items on top. Why were the not placed back in the dash area where I had them? But that was not even the worse the person detailing the car took one of the garden gloves and meticulously folded it with the middle finger sticking up. I took pictures of all of this and all I can say is that "Although I might not be able to take my rating back, I am going to make sure that the insurance company, BBB, and anybody who I can tell this to knows about the utter meanness and disrespect your detail person showed me. We all have jobs and have been given tasks that we don't want to do but we do them. Anybody that can sink to that level must know that they are supported by management. I will not ever come back and I will never recommend you. I know you don't need my business but I thought you should know.

I have used Hudson Collision three times now, most recently this week. I am so grateful for how well the receptionist helped me work with Enterprise next door to get my car repaired here and get a rental car during the process. Since I am disabled and could not walk across to Enterprise, and we could not reach them by phone, she walked next door for me and Enterprise brought the rental over shortly after. My car looked great when they were finished with the body work. My thanks to all involved!Service: Body & Trim

I recently used Hudson Collision to replace my driver side headlight and front bumper. When I took my car into their garage, I didn't have a check engine light on. However, when I got my car back from them, I was a couple of miles from their shop when my check engine light came on. So I get home and scan the code and it came back as a malfunctioning purge valve (which is located on top of the engine). These guys damaged the purge valve while doing the bodywork on the car. Worst part, I called Heath about it and he denied any and all responsibility and that "his guys didn't do anything wrong".So you'll get good service when it comes to bodywork on the vehicle, but if they break anything on your car, they will not accept responsibility and will leave you to deal with it. So now I'm out $50 for a new part and in the meantime will have worse fuel economy until it's fixed.Service: Body & Trim

Disclaimer, this not my first 5 star review for Don, Heath, and the team at HCC. These dudes rock. My fam and I Have been doin biz with them for years. I had a minor auto body issue on my AMG GT S - so of course I'm picky with any service provider, especially with it being out of insurance damage. I expected a competitive bill for services rendered. My guy Heath laughs when I ask for a quote and says it's on the house and to keep bringing my vehicles to him. YOU KNOW IT BROTHER! Thanks again and great job. In in the morning, out 3 hours later.Services: Body & Trim
