I appreciated the quick response in our time of need-my daughter had a flat and was stranded. The car was left overnight and handled the next morning-we weren’t local to Hudson so we appreciated the additional effort to have car tire replaced. Unfortunately the car was not drivable even after the tire had been replaced-and we were advised we just needed an alignment. Every alarm possible was going off in the car once we started driving it-we barely made it to NTB safely-only to discover the tire rod was bent on both ends-there is no way we could have driven the car safely home. Upon further inspection the bent tire rod was due to improper towing. Just a disheartening (and expensive) experience :(

Got my vehicle stuck in deep mud. They were there in 20 minutes an got it out fast with no issue! Would reccomend!

Gabe helped me in a timely manner! My alternator went out on my tundra. It was also after hours for the nearest dealership which I knew however, I didn’t know the dealership was fenced and locked up. When we found out we drove around looking for an open entrance. Luckily a cleanup crew member let us in and we were able to drop it off.Gabe told me if we couldn’t get it in, he would’ve taken my truck to his shop for the night and brought it back to the dealership in the morning.He was very helpful and patient. I will definitely contact Herman’s Towing the next time I am in need!

My van died alongside the road over 2 hours from home with 2 large dogs. Herman's came and towed my van to a shop and waited at their shop for over 2 hours for someone to pick me up. They were great to the dogs and amazing to work with. A++++ highly recommendService: Car towing
