“Family, Farm, and Home is located in the old K Mart in Streetsboro, Oh. I remember going to the grand opening and thinking it was Tractor Supply in different clothing. It took a number of visits before I started to warm up to them as a new shopping option for hunting and outdoor equipment. I like their rewards program. Each purchase earns you point toward store gifts cards. Since we've started shopping there we have purchased a 7x14 aluminum utility trailer, a 60" tiller for our tractor, a 3pt quick hitch, and a Husqvarna zero turn mower. They offer financing through Synchrony with various 0% same as cash options. Beware! Only the 1 year 0% financing is offered without a "processing fee of up to $150! You need to know this because once it's been rung up you have to deal with Synchrony to get it reversed, they can't help you at the store. This isn't a negative against FFH, it's Synchrony. Though I think the employees at FFH should be more aware of this and bring it to the customer's attention at the start of checkout.To put it in perspective, the only 2 places I shop at more often would be Aldis for groceries, and Walmart for everything else.FFH is always a great place to shop.”

“I had to stop in and grab a couple of needed bolts for a project. While there I was pleased to find out that they carry Milwaukee packout products in stock. The store was well organized and clean. I was able to get what I needed and more. They have a great variety of items some of which may be hard to find at other retailers.”

“Great variety of tools at reasonable rates. As a DIY'er, I don't want to spend a lot of money for contractor grade tools, although they offer those as well. Harbor Freight offers tools priced for us all. Participate in the Intrack program and get free gifts that are useful. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and can help guide purchases. Talk to Mike or Tyler. It's my first stop for tools, and I highly recommend you try them out.”

“We ordered a rolling island from Lowe's, and when we received it, the box was really beat up. Inside, some of the bags of parts were open, but there was only 1 cam lock missing. We went to the Lowe's in Macedonia, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful. Bob even paid for the package of cam locks saying that it was Lowe's fault, so we shouldn't have to pay for it. Great experience!”

“Clean, organized, pro desk employees are all cool and deserve rasies. The Milwuakee reps need to step up their game though. For 5 years they have promised me a t shirt and I haven't gotten one. I find this ridiculous. I haven't wore a shirt in years now and people treat me like an animal. I want to be cool and a good carpenter but it's hard without my promised free Milwaukee shirt. If I could get at least two Milwaukee stickers to cover my nipples I'd hold up till the next freeze. Jesus was a carpenter and not only was he the only son of God BUT he had a free promised Milwaukee shirt!”
