We had a large number an Amazon returns and Chad was extremely helpful and explained the process with Amazon returns and how to package them properly to ensure we received proper credit. We had 9 larger packages and Chad mad it simple and efficient. After everything was done, he told me to reach out if we had any issues with Amazon. Day 2- I return to the store because the people we called at Amazon were very rude to my wife and offered us no help. Anthony came to the rescue. He went out of his way to contact Amazon and ensure we got the credit we deserved after abiding by Amazon’s packaging policy’s. Anthony was patient and took pride in helping us!
