Poor customer service. Left message, for a return call, about a refill for a pet 2 days ago. No return call from them. I phoned them today and was informed the refill request came in Tues.. I was then informed that they “lost their compounding person” so prescription would not be refilled until next week. I stated that would be too late and my pet would have to go without medicine for a serious medical disease. I asked why I wasn’t notified due to the seriousness of going without medicine. They said that there wasn’t anything they could do. Then said to call my vet to see if they have some medicine in the office. I said of course they don’t. (Usually a compounded medication has a shelf life of 30 days - would not be sitting in an office.). They should have notified their clients. Was shocked at the incompetency. Called my vet and requested refill from another pharmacy and to never use this pharmacy for any medications for my pets. They immediately called Wedgewood Pharmacy and I will use them from now on.

Thier fast and do not charge for shipping. They work with you for the best way to give your pet medication. If there is an issue with your meds they will contact you in a timely manner.

After working with Edgepark for so many years, GEM Edwards has been amazing. They call me whenever they need clarification on something rather than letting things lapse. Delivery is quick and their team, especially Kelsey, is super helpful and friendly.

So I have been getting my meal time insulin from this company and they would call me and ask if they can send out another batch. I got tired of using my local pharmacy and I called them up and asked them a lot of questions and they where very helpful so I said lets get the ball rolling. Great company to use

Got my OmniPod for Type 1 diabetes from Gem Edwards. Decided it would be easier to get it locally from CVS. MD sent an order to CVS, called them & they said it was too soon for a refill & would have to wait til the next week. Went into CVS the next week & the receptionist said Medicare B would have to deny & then my plan D would cover. I explained that I had already been using the OmniPod & I was out of pods. Since I needed them now, I was concerned & insisted. She began yelling at me & said that I would need to wait for a denial. Told her that didn’t make sense. Went home & called Gem Edwards, They said “no problem” & I would have them the next day. Interesting, Gem Edwards was faster & easier to use. Great group to work with.

Thank you for taking care of Millie! She is thankful for her medicine! Received it next day in the mail for free! Super easy process and the prices on are on point! Received a call from the staff guiding me on the medication and answering any questions. I like the personal touch ✔️ You can always request to refill a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

I had to call multiple times to get my prescription mailed out and they couldn't give me a reason as to why it was never sent. The measurements wiped off my medication dropper after the first use so I was unable to measure it appropriately and when I asked the pharmacy about that, they said they know it is an issue and they are trying to work it out with the manufacturer of the dropper. The issue here is, they knew it would happen but did not communicate that to me as the patient so that I could label it with tape. Correct dosing is an important part of medication administration and they are sending out meds without the proper tools/precautions to dose properly! Guessing my dose caused me to run out sooner than expected and when I ran out right before a holiday, I paid to have a refill overnighted to me. I did not receive the medicine for four days, mostly because UPS closed for the holiday but if they would have told me I would not receive it for that long, I would have just driven to get it. I write this review as I sit in their lobby waiting for them to bring my prescription. I called ahead so I'm not sure why I was able to write this entire review during the wait. Overall, very unprofessional.
