Thought picking up my pre-ordered documents would be easy and no-stress. Unfortunately this office is staffed with lazy employees that clearly don’t want to be there. The red headed young guy that was in the office at that time essentially threw my order at me and made me pick them up one at a time instead of just putting them back in the brown envelope that he pulled them out of. I get not liking your job but it’s a job and we all have one, suck it up.

Poor customer service. Asked for something to be laminated and after doing it i am told cut it yourself or else you will be charged. What nonsense! I just walked out. People just don’t want to go the extra step

This location is terrible! I printed invites using their website and they were printed blurry and with the incorrect fonts. I’ve been trying to get a refund for my order for over a month but their employee Jeremy is completely incompetent. Don’t use this place for print services.

Crew is fantastic! Come here frequently for shipping work stuff and staff are always a great help. Forgot my gloves here by mistake and they held onto them for nearly three weeks to hand them back over!

The only place to use for shipments of you are in the Hudson, OH area! Their pricing is LESS THAN HALF of nearby UPS store and 100% more accommodating than the local UPS store!

I attempted to use this location as best I could on August 23, 2022 due to a local hotel's office center not functioning. The computers at the location are so antiquated that they cannot print off 1 page pdfs. The personnel working the floor had no idea how to address the computer malfunctioning (leading to considerable time wasted on my dime since I was paying per minute for use of the computer), ultimately causing me to conclude the efforts unsuccessfully after about a 30 minute effort.When it came time for me to ship something with FedEx, the personnel either continued their incompetence or simply acted in bad faith as they would not allow me to use my corporate account and insisted that my parcel had to be sent via my personal address which, even though I had to hand them my driver's license, they got completely wrong in their data entry.I realize how negatively their lack of effort and competence impacted my day didn't, doesn't, and will never matter to the staff that were on the floor that day because they made that **abundantly** clear. Consequently, I don't type this review to compel empathy or a desire to become better representatives of FedEx from the staff at this location. Instead, I type this review as a warning to people who might use this location to find another FedEx location nearby and save yourself the hassle and distress from the Hudson, Ohio location.
