Emily was extremely helpful by assisting me with the photo machines. She was friendly and very knowledgeable about the photo process. She made my visit much easier then it would have been without her help.

Pick a different minute clinic if you want an antibiotic he’s not giving you one. I have been coughing up and draining out dark green mucus for 6 days. He said if it was black mucus all day long then maybe he would consider. Lol if I ever had black mucus I wouldn’t be at the minute clinic what a joke.

I'm a 68-year-old female (and cancer survivor in past 4 years) who scheduled a Covid-19 Moderna vaccination online with CVS Hudson. I will be getting on a 3.5 hour flight to CA in a couple weeks to spend 2 weeks there and wanted to be sure I had current protection against a severe case of Covid should I get infected. (I do use a mask on flights & avoid large crowds.)
I purposely scheduled the vaccination 5-7 days early as you can no longer get help, ask questions or schedule vaccines in person or via the phone. Two hours before the appt that I scheduled online, I got a text canceling my vaccination! No explanation, no reschedule guidelines ... nothing!!
This is unacceptable and shows that CVS really doesn't want to help consumers with vaccinations. I was expecting to get the vax today so it has 2 weeks to settle into my system. So, I went in person to a different CVS that noted in the online scheduling tool as having Moderna. I had to argue with the pharmacy tech and then the pharmacist that I, in fact, do qualify for a Covid booster. Their system rejected me as it hasn't been 6 months since my last Covid shot. (In 3 days it will be 5 months since my last Covid vax. I don't feel my system has much if any of that protection left.) But that explains why the CVS system cancelled me in Hudson ... but it's wrong!! I checked with Medicare and the CDC about the timing issue. I researched it online and both note that people over 65 do qualify for a 2nd Covid booster during the season as long as it's been over 3 or 4 months since the last vax depending which source you review. CVS system is taking the hard and strict rule of 6 months and isn't considering the exceptions. Shame on you CVS. You need to serve your senior population and not just your bottom line!
I plan to find a different pharmacy for my scripts and vaccinations that cares and is easy to deal with. I hope all consumers who read this will consider that they have options and need to exclude CVS.

This store is chronically severely understaffed, and as a result the drive-thru is sometimes completely ignored. I don't fault the people working there for not being cheery...I'd probably be over it too.

Excellent CVS store in Hudson Ohio, the store is well put together and very clean. I had a pleasant shopping experience at this store. I love CVS and I am a former part-time employee of CVS and I loved working for CVS. It’s a great store with helpful staff, thank you.

Staff availability is hit or miss. I frequent this CVS to pick up photos and I’ve had experiences where staff members are no where to be found. My interactions with staff are typical, just wish they were easier to find sometimes. Other than that, the store is always clean and looking nice. Never interacted with the clinic or pharmacy so I can’t speak for that.

Unprofessional, disrespectful and just mean!! It takes no effort to just be nice to people!! Sorry for anyone who has to use this pharmacy!!

Went to minute clinic an hour before closing. No one around except unfriendly kiosk took 5 minutes to fill out information about making an appointment, only one left for the day on option, finished filing out information and get to the end and it says no appointment times remain. I saw another patient walk out. Waiting so maybe someone will come out of these office doors while I'm typing this and another person arrives and is immediately seen by a doctor hiding behind these doors. This is absurd. Zero stars for this place.

Pharmacy service is the worst I've seen at a CVS. Whether at the drive thru or inside the building, often waiting for upwards of 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, even when there are no other customers.

Did not fill my medication amount correctly. I had to specifically ask to find that out because I do not trust a pharmacy I've never been to before. Turns out my concerns were valid. Also, the line of cars was very long both times I went.
