Yesterday, I attended my tire service appointment, and upon inquiring about the updated documents, the manager at the Tire Center raised his voice and displayed rude and disrespectful behavior. He justified his actions by citing his 9-hour shift as the reason. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that both the manager and the facility manager were off duty, and I was directed to speak with another staff member. To my surprise, they handed me a blank notepad instead of providing a formal document, making me feel as though this was not the standard procedure for filing a complaint, potentially allowing them to dismiss it easily. I had to visit the front office to inquire about a higher-ranking manager. The entire service experience was incredibly stressful, especially considering my membership with Costco. I sincerely hope that Costco takes appropriate measures to train their employees on effective communication and customer service etiquette.

This is telehealth. You will not be seeing a certified technician or doctor (optometrist) in-person. However, you will have an assistant (not sure if they’re certified or not) helping conduct the exam and the certified technicians phoning in via live video. The reason this is cumbersome is because you see three or four different technicians online and a doctor that pops in for a minute on a video. All of your questions have to go through this assistant and then the assistant text messages the doctor once they’re off video. This makes the appointment go way longer than needed. It also causes miscommunication because what you tell the clerk, and what she communicates to the doctor may not be the same thing that you actually said. If you have a question for the doctor, you have to phone back into them and wait until they get off with somebody else. I know this company is trying to save money but there’s a reason you see an optometrist in person. They can catch things and understand what’s going on way better than being online and looking at your photos. You also get to develop a relationship with your doctor over years. I won’t be coming back to this independent clinic until they get an actual optometrist on site.Update: still have not received my contact prescription. The phone number listed goes to a call center in India and they say they will email the prescription. Have called several times spoke to numerous people who say they will send it and never do. I’m out of contacts and this is affecting daily living. ?

This rating is solely for the pharmacy. I love this store overall but every visit I've made with the pharmacy makes me wish I were closer to a different store. Due to a serious health issue for a family member I'm in Costco easily 4-5 times a month. There are two people there I always appreciate seeing and the rest act as if they could not care less about customer service. On several occasions the doctor has written a prescription that they question and instead of calling the doctor, they call us. For example a steroid cream to be used twice a day over entire body was written in a large quantity. They called and literally argued that it was too much to dispense at once and wanted to know where he was putting it. After saying his entire body a few times I had to ask why? It was solely because they would have to order a large container or give multiple tubes to equal the order. Okay, either works but why not ask the doctor that wrote it?They also had an issue with my insurance filling a script as written so they switched it to Costco pricing without clarifying with us. I could have resolved between the doctor and insurance had I been aware. It was only caught when I noticed the price of other medications being higher than usual that he acknowledged they changed all of them. There was no issue with all and would have overcharged me had in it asked. And I am certain for a few they have!Between the attitudes and inconsistencies in service I finally gave up and transferred them to another pharmacy. Not only did they send an incorrect one that was no longer valid but no other scripts made it over and they claim it wasn't intentional. They also claim to have proof of sending the others although nothing valid made it to the new pharmacy. Petty and unprofessional and then proceeds to argue. This is why I moved them. No one deserves to be spoken to or treated with such contempt when paying for a service.

It takes some trying to like the technician at 20/20, but after a while I realized she was very focused and did a solid, professional evaluation...often beyond normal...like taking photos behind my eyes. Pretty cool. The info was forwarded electronically (or shared) with an optometrist who reviewed it, then we discussed it remotely over live video, she wrote the prescription, and showed me some micrographs of my eyes, stating all looked good. I was skeptical at first, but I think it's brilliant. It was a really solid evaluation. A lot of these reviews refer to the optical (glasses) department. I'll give it a 5, barely, due to the tech being a bit hard. BUT she was good.

Clean and well organized store. Very rarely do I wait in line more than 5 min. Staff are friendly and efficient; checkers are also on the ball as you leave the store - once saved me paying for an item I hadn't put in my cart. Thanks!

Specifically reviewing the Costco Eye Center. Why in 2023 can you not have a digital prescription to get glasses. I log in to My Chart, have a PDF with my Dr. Signature on it but that's not an acceptable prescription format. The sales lady rudely says a print out is 'non negotiable' . But I'm welcome to fax it in, wait is this 1982? I respond I showed this same digital print out last time I got my prescription here, nope.... 'It's non-negotiable!' Guess I'm buying glasses some where else!

This Costco is well organized & clean. We drive over 40 miles each way to shop here. It's got bulk items such as TP & paper towels as well as fresh fruit, vegetables, meat, frozen food, books etc. The only problem is finding help if you can't locate certain items, so we end up going up & down aisles till we locate the item or similar items. Overall our go-to place for paper goods, etc. Their restrooms are clean & checkout is speedy.

This rating is based on the people that greet you upon entering the store and when you leave. They are snarky and rude! I am tired of them being miserable like they are forced to be there!

Usually this Costco is a clean and safe place to go but today at 12:42 the lady checking groceries at the door was so rude. She told us to "get a new line" very rudely because she asked if we found what we needed and my husband responded "not the million dollars we need". She was short and very snarky with her unnecessary comment. I'm disappointed that Costco would put someone who is obviously unhappy at the exit to greet with people that spent several hundreds of dollars there

I schedule an appointment for eye exam for my wife but to be told our insurance doesn't cover this service, I explained to them that I just used my VSP insurance which is a family plan one month ago in Sam's club fairlawn and everything was covered I only paid 5 dollars out of pocket. In that case I replied to her to cancel the appointment by email and never hear from her anything. When we schedule another appointment of eye exam in Sam's club and found out our insurance was not eligible anymore. We contacted the insurance company explaining the reason, the operator said the Costco vision exam didn't cancel our prior appointment and our insurance was occupied although we didn't have service there. Horrible person and poor service.

When you call to see if glasses are in, you can tell they are very annoyed by phone calls, they are very short & will not check to see if they are in. Very poor customer service.

I am giving this two stars because the facility and very clean and stocked . I am knocking 3 stars off for how terribly rude some of the employee's are . 1st of all me and my mom shared a membership. She wasn't with me and her image was on card I had a pool & an outside heater and a cart full of things a little over 1100. The lady at the cash register acted like I was robbing the store , embarrassing was an understatement. Held all my belongings and made me go purchase my own membership. ( I had my children with me and they wanted the pool) , so I went with my tail between my legs and purchased a 120 dollar membership. The lady at the counter who rang me up was so rude as if I was already having a good time... I bought the membership, and walked back to the register where the items I needed to purchase were . I then was rang out and I said to the young guy helping the lady take the items out of my cart if he could please wheel that large cart with pool and heater to front . He said they will help you at the front . Just pull it to the front . I told the guy listen I just had a big surgery a little over a week ago from hip to hip, could you please take it to the front. Finally he agreed and took it up front. That was just my first terrible experience. Now I bought 120 dollar membership I decided I may as well use it . So following two weeks later I take my 80 year old grandma to Costco as she's never been . The lady at register says , "do you both have memberships" I stated no I do she will be using my card because I'm present ( LIKE ME AND MY MOM DID FOR YEARS) . She said sorry new rule you have to do only one transaction per member . I said when did this change she said two weeks ago and we are cracking down ... I responded with okay ( I'm very annoyed ) my purchase once again was 500 my little grandmas was 48 dollars . Then we go to the counter grab a smoothie and a drink . My grandmother is giving my baby a sip of her drink as we are wheeling out to the front and her cart is veering but I'm in the line for them to check receipt while my grandmother is feeding my 1 year old in the cart , the lady hollers out to us ( they only have 1 check out for checking our receipts on a Saturday ) Ma'am did you just cut them? The people in disbelief behind us said no she was there . This is by far the rudest snootiest customer service and I will gladly drive 15 more minutes to strongsville to give them my money!
