Our preferred branch to handle our affairs. A few weeks ago, we presented several wills, we scheduled to have notarized. We were of course concerned, due to the current pandemic, to make sure they were updated. (Virginia Murphy) was so nice, when I called to ask, if we could come in to do this. (Marian Kowell), also assisted, as 1 of the 2 witnesses that we needed that day. We feel so much better, knowing that our family is taken care of now. Let me tell you, there is no price, for piece of mind. I had gift cards that I wanted to give each of them, for their valuable time spent with us, but they declined, stating that was just a free part of our customer service experience. I also called, just today, and was assisted by (Virginia Murphy), on changing our monthly home equity payment , to a date that better coincided, with my husband's new now every 2-week paycheck schedule, with his company's new owners. We would just like to close this good review, with one final thought. We noticed, when there physically, none of the bank tellers wearing protective masks. We as customers, would like to see, going forward, your hard working staff, given the option, to protect themselves, as well as others. We thank you for our current "40 years" of good customer service!
