“We have the monthly passes so it works well but I don’t feel like it removes the bugs as well as other options around town. The vacuums are nice with kids and pets. The big plus is the towels and glass cleaner so you can finish what the car wash missed.”

“Came here after getting my car detailed somewhere else. The previous business had left so much moisture in my vehicle the inside of my windows had condensation for three days, and I had taken it in to get a cat urine scent out and they failed at that too. Took my car to Magic City, and they absolutely saved my vehicle. The urine scent isn’t lingering in my car now, there is no moisture collected! Owner told me he had to hit the seat three times with shampoo to get that smell out.
I highly recommend getting serviced here. And the prices are VERY good too. I spent $200 at the OTHER business that left my vehicle in poor condition. This business I only spent $55 and they saved my car from potential molding and got rid of the smell! (I only had passenger seat done and the moisture extraction for the entire car).
Owner told me to wait a few days, and if the scent was still there, to come back and they’d get it again. But I didn’t need to, they took great care of it. Thank you so much! You have no idea how relieved I am! I wish I had come there the first time, instead of that other business.

“The employees at the Streetsboro location are always very pleasant and eager to assist. I marked the pricing as great because I had a 50% coupon, otherwise I feel it is a bit overpriced, especially the monthly subscriptions. However, I cannot express to you how much we appreciate having the stations available to detail the inside of our vehicles, including vacuums, tire air, window spray with towels, etc all for free! And I suppose that cost needs to be rolled up in the subscription pricing to keep it free. I have to say it's the only car wash we use now!”

“During the winter months, there is so much salt and dirt on my SUV. I like to get it washed 2 to 3 times a week. I find it easy to get the basic monthly wash plan for $20+ a month. With car washes being $7 to $12 a wash, depending where you go, I save a ton of money with the monthly plan. This is a great car wash because it's easy, quick, I can always get in and out fast. My car always comes out clean!”

“This car wash is by far thee best in the Akron area! The key to a great wash is soft clothe when a thorough pre-spray off is completed. I use is wash on a weekly basis and the prewash is always done which removes all of the harmful grime that could scratch your paint. A hand towel dry is always done. The monthly subscription price for unlimited washes is more then worth it ... especially in the winter months to remove all the salt.”

“When we passed by RockStop Gas, the gas was 22 cents cheaper then anyone else. We decided to stop on our way going home. Gas was then the same price as everyone else. We still got gas and decided to get a car wash. My washes are free. By the time we got to the front of the line, the car wash was broke. The lady who was working in the gas station was wonderful. Tried to help in every way. Next time we will go there first. The place is also clean. This station is on Northfield. RITA CARROLL”

“Man, I don't get some of the harsh ratings on this page! Waterway is a carwash offering multiple types of washes and a monthly clean car club. You can get interior and/or exterior service and a variety of add-ons. In this area, it's the best car wash. If you're going to be super picky about the job, you should probably do it at home on your own. I really think the teenagers that work here do the best they can and work hard given the super long lines they deal with constantly. I could never do this kind of work. I'm usually very happy with the quality of my car and this location is always full of nice kids ready to help. Compared to other spots locally, this Waterway offers the best value and I'll continue to take my car here year round when I am in the area.”

“I went on a Saturday around 8pm and there were two manual washing bays open. Someone had left a lot of garbage in the bay despite the presence of garbage cans. I wonder if this is common disrespect of public spaces, or something wrong with the cleanup crew for this place.
I swiped my card to start the washing timer and was granted 3 minutes. At the point where 1 minute was left, I tried swiping again (per directions) for maybe 15 seconds and nothing happened. I continued cleaning my car until the timer ran out and got some coins from the change machine at a rate of $1/hr. They are not quarters, just special coins for this company. It was all good from here on out. I used the foamy brush to try to clean away grime that doesn't release with pressure washing and utilized the high pressure rinse and spot free rinse, which left the car gleaming and spot free. Bug marks remained but that's always difficult. I did not use the vacuums so I can't attest to their efficacy.
Overall, this was a good value for the person who wants to take cleaning into their own hands without polluting by doing it at home. Reason I say that is these companies are regulated to dispose of the waste water correctly, but at home you pollute nearby waterways when you wash your car. If you can get over the lightly ghetto conditions of this car wash, you will be satisfied.”
