Recently, I visited their store hoping to sell my engagement ring. Unfortunately, the offer I received was significantly lower than I expected, so I decided not to sell.
During my visit, the staff were polite and professional as they explained their valuation. They provided insights into how they price items, which was helpful, but the low offer was still disappointing. Despite this, they were supportive and suggested alternative ways to sell my ring for a better price. They offered practical tips on listing the ring online, such as how to take effective photos and write compelling descriptions. They also recommended exploring other reputable venues that might provide a more satisfactory offer.
The interaction was handled with care and respect, which made the experience easier, even though it didn't result in a sale. The staff's approach demonstrated their commitment to customer service, ensuring I left with useful advice, if not a sale.
Overall, while the offer from Cambridge Jewelers was too low for me to part with my ring, their professional demeanor and willingness to assist with alternative selling options reinforced my trust in them. For anyone looking for honest advice or quality jewelry services, Cambridge remains a noteworthy choice.

My wife loves this place! The owner is so nice and helpful.
I went in the other day to get my wife some studs I know she had her eye on, but never added these to her wish list. I was clueless but the owner knew exactly who my wife was and remembered what she was looking at. I received the “Best Husband Award” because of this place.

We just moved to the Hudson area. My daughter suggested I go to Cambridge Jewelers to have some earrings fixed. They fixed them on the spot and while I was there I found a Christmas gift. I’ll be back!
