I recommend to anybody to rent an apartment here because the apartments are spacious and comfortable plus they allow fur babies! Rent is not too bad either and they have a POOL!”
“I was considering a two bedroom before reading the reviews. I am a reviewing under a different name. I was curious to learn how often does the rent increase. or At least i should have asked what are the chances of it increasing. I think I will opt for a 1 bedroom if I am going to rent. I do have a preference for the vicinity, and a lower unit, because a unit on the first floor I will stay longer.”
“Lived here for a year and a half, absolutely loved it. 2 bedroom apartments are spacious and in good shape. 3rd floor apartments get vaulted ceilings. Great for Kent State or NEOMED students.”
“I lived here from 2018-2021 and never had any issues. My rent was cheap for a 3 bedroom ($1100/month) and all utilities were included except the electric. I never had any issues with the neighbors and felt generally safe in the community. As far as apartments go, these are some of the better ones you get for your money. Sure are there better units…yes, but you will be spending $$$ and then get charged for every little thing. Upon moving out I even had my entire security deposit refunded!”

“This was our third Redwood neighborhood and it was exactly what we came to expect from Redwood! Front office was always timely with requests, maintenance requests were handled timely and correctly every time, neighborhood was well kept and in a great location. Only reason we moved out was because we purchased a house.”
