Waiting on the phone for 35 min and then got disconnected because the office closed. Very frustrating but at the same time it makes sense why they keep closing office after office.

They were very helpful. I was getting wildly varying prices for car rentals and they were able to help me find exactly what we needed and at a much more reasonable price. They will be my first call instead of my last then next time we are going out of town.

Waited for two days and still haven't showed up to tow my car. Left me sitting with three kids in the car for well over 5 hours the second day. Thought it was acceptable to be trash. Literally the most worthless tow company I've ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with. ZERO STARS.

Really just wanted to sit down and discuss destination possibilities with an agent, had an appt for Saturday. Get a call today, Thursday, being told I need to know where I want to go. My appointment is cancelled since I won’t be able to research my own destinations to choose where we want to honeymoon. I’ve never traveled outside the country and really am the type of person who likes to talk things out. I will be searching elsewhere for a travel agent, regardless of my AAA membership.
