This branch is my homeland. They are professionals, and always there to listen their customers. The Manager is working as a regular not siting behind an office to pass orders. I love my huber heights branch.

I have had nothing but amazing help here from the staff. The manager Rex is always smiling and funny. I always receive such great help from Erin and Cody. They both go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this branch/bank to anyone searching.

I’ve been with them since they opened up inside Walmart in Huber Heights. They’re great for giving 2nd chances to folks who may owe overdraft fees or other things to other banks. You do have to pay a small monthly fee, but if you do direct deposit you’re not charged. Everyone is always friendly and there to help. My only complaint is that there’s no ATMs to use except inside Walmart. So you’re always forced to have to go when bank is open or Walmarts hours. I believe this is an inconvenience considering most all banks and credit unions have ATMs you can use without being charged. Woodforest charges you $2.50 if you use an ATM that’s not theirs and also you pay whatever the ATM charges. That can be anywhere from $4.50-$7 total. With todays prices on everything I need all my money. If corporate would see this, please make it happen and catch up with 2022. I’m sure I’m not the only person who agrees.
