Staff is very knowledgeable if your not sure just ask they are there to help you. Twice my pool was green because I was going of what the sales person at main store in Centerville was telling me, but if you ask a remote store they are more knowledgeable on the actual needs. Watson’s pool in Huber Heights is awesome.

Pros: Staff member seemed friendly and gave pool care advice; place had what I was looking for at the time.Cons: Had a very strong chemical oder inside (a bit disorienting). Prices seemed a bit steep on certain items.

I have been at the store twice within the last week. Both times the hours are posted to be open and the doors have been locked. Today I was at the store at 10:30, website and hours posted on door stated they open at 10. I left and went to competition store and spent 160$. Very frustrating not to be able to get supplies needed.

I've shopped here many times throughout the years. The knowledge of the 1 employee? More than helpful. Respect and support for what I needed to get done was understood which led to my end goal. I would NOT recommend Watson's whatsoever. They are not helpful at all when questions are being asked and up and left while putting up my grandmother's pool because they got caught up in a predicament and had another appointment. MIND YOU: they were already late getting there as is and she was their first customer. Whoever was in charge made the younger kid do all the work. Piss poor service.

Austin is the man. I needed just a 3ft piece of tubing and he happily showed me a 5ft piece for sale but he said wait....I have a scrap box here with leftovers and he gave me a 3ft section and said "here, take this. I can't sell this. So I walked out smiling for no charge. I have used this store a few times with success eveytime. Very knowledgeable and friendly support.

Austin was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products we were looking for. We prefer this store over the one in Richmond, Indiana for sure.
