These are the worst places on earth. It's not bad enouph that someone at the store took some of my narcotics, but to have the pharmacist treat me bad over it. Never been so offended in all my life. Today I was picking up my refill narcotics in the drive through. Here I am a Lund cancer patent in my jammies and I asked for them to be counted. The man pharmacist said I would half to come in because the line was long. We'll so it was inside also. What's the difference? Should the put a sighn on the drive through window that we can't hold up cars and anything requiring customer service must come inside? I'm so disapointed I hope my perscription card changes soon.
Rotten place. Theives. Pour customer service. I need to revert to mail huh?

Polite, friendly but they keep losing prescriptions. The likelihood of your order being ready at any point without you standing there breathing down their necks is rapidly approaching zero. They list 5 of 6 prescriptions and then canceled the 6th one a day early for the hell of it. I've used this pharmacy for years, no longer.

I would NOT recommend using Walgreens in Huber heights as your pharmacy. I have used this pharmacy for a couple years enduring the lack of customer service, lack of friendliness, and warmth of a personality behind the desk. I tolerated this behavior due to location convenience and my own desire to keep things the same. I don’t like change.
However, today this Walgreens pharmacy finally inspired me enough to embrace change.

We have been coming here for years. They always had the same good folks in the pharmacy and were always very helpful. Over the last couple of months or so all the good folks left. The people in the pharmacy now seem to be incompetent at best. My wife and I have fought with our insurance company to keep using this location and now with the new staff, that is always changing, we don't want to come here anymore. Prescriptions either are not filled, or filled but not picked up fast enough so they are put back and your prescription is canceled. The frustration with the staff in the pharmacy is real and we are never coming back here.

Whoever shut the pharmacy door this evening on my wife while she was waiting in line to get our 16 month olds meds for her painful ear infection can go to hell. You saw her waiting and could’ve taken care of her. Great customer service..

I have always had very good service at this pharmacy. The pharmacist is always so very nice but today I had the rudest pharmacy tech by the name of Cheyanne. She told me my medication was being shipped from another store even though they had it on the shelf and could fill it there! I said I wanted to get it filled today so that I did not have to make a return trip she said it would take 20 min when the tech working next to her told his customer that he would have that customers ready in 10 min. So I went home and returned the next day. I had Cheyanne again, well she couldn't find my medication that was supposedly shipped from another store and the Pharmacist ended up pulling it from their shelf anyway. Cheyanne was so flippant, rude and had a chump attitude. I am hoping her employment at this store is short!!!

Fantastic store! These people are kind, helpful, knowledgeable & efficient! Great people in every department from Photos to Pharmacy, perfume & cosmetics or the cashier, every one is just fantastic. Love this place.

The pharmacist has always been helpful with medications or over the counter. I could have gotten very ill. Going to take too many decongestants, did not realize that the allergy medicine had decongestants in it. The pharmacist and assistant was so nice and explained to me what i needed.

This Walgreens Pharmacy location is Top Notch! Leah is superb & really goes above & beyond. Meaghan & Paris are fantastic. All staff members I've worked with have been great. They're all fast, friendly & really know what they are doing.
