I went in this past weekend to get a new phone because unfortunately I lost my phone due to me having it while near water. It’s an associate named Johnathan I think and he was so helpful! I went in twice and he was able to talk to me, guide me through directions and went above and beyond my expectations on getting me a new phone BOTH TIMES! I’m so thankful I met him & he was able to help me! Thank you so much Johnathan and I hope you’re able to keep helping others! He’s such a great person.

Employees don't care to do their job. State Verizon doesn't offer a ship to store option due to liability (devices going missing from dishonest employees is what the sales rep stated). Why does your website state that you have multiple different pick up options for ease of shipping. Guess I'll take our business elsewhere.

I joined the BYOP program at the Verizon store on Wilmington Ave in Kettering Ohio
I was a customer for 2 years
On Tuesday 6-4 my service quit working
I found out it was dropped because Verizon no longer supported my phone
After 5 trips and 4 hours at the store on Wilmington Ave in Kettering Oh...No service
They somehow tied my number up as "Hostage" so I couldn't Port it over to another carrier
I ended up at the Cooperate owned store in Huber Heights to pickup my new phone I had purchased
My salesperson was Katlin
She was so helpful with my needs
She was polite and had much knowledge
The Manager also checked in with me while my phone was transferring my Data
I was never ignored
I'm a retired salesperson of 37 years
So while data was being transferred I observed other salespeople at the store... (Just a thing I do)
The whole Salesforce was great!
Ask for Katlin
She was The Best in my book

The associate I worked with when I replaced my phones was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me decide which phone would meet my needs and requirements. He was very easy to chat with while we went through the process, which honestly takes way too long. That would be my biggest complaint other than the high cost of everything in today's world. Be prepared to spend some time in the store if you go to the actual brick and mortar location.

Greedy guys seething at the teeth for your money, stay away. Terrible policies and service when you have a problem. They are all NPC's following Verizon's "Company Policy" handbook, its a just another fake act to make you trust them. I was a happy customer for over 10 years and had the worst retail experience of my life here after their update bricked my phone... They gave me the ring around with there customer care call center... call center was worthless and couldn't help me and sent me back to the store after the bad experience. Not the same company they used to be... Never using Verizon in this lifetime again. Disgusting *barfs*

I have been to several Verizon locations over the years and this is by far the worst. Long wait times, unkempt employees, overstaffed and the place always has the worst smell. Over the last several months I’ve had nothing but issues with our bill. I can’t tell you how many times someone at this location has lied to us about it. I switched to AT&T and never looked back. Lower bill, better service and every time I go in there the wait is what they say it’s going to be. Verizon was bitter until the very end. As soon as they found out about me leaving they were nothing but wasted time. 20 years of being a customer amounted to nothing. Glad I made the switch.

Had a amazing customer experience at Huber Heights. Carlos is your guys patient and very good at saving you money and getting plan th suites you. Store manger was very kind also!

Very polite employees. FYI, this is an actual Verizon store, not a reseller/partner store. This means that you can do more for your account and whatnot in this store.

If you need anything other than buying a new device, 0/10 establishment, led by Sarah who has zero interest in doing anything for you other than forcing you to upgrade. Really bad! She will tell you your only option is to upgrade without having looked at your account, and knowing nothing about the make, model, or age of your phone. She is single-minded and a piece of work. She's enough on her own to make me leave Verizon.

Walked in and 2 employees started making faces and talking quietly while snickering at my friend and I. The person that "helped" us didn't want to hear anything I had to say and gave me a phone number to call. I was in there all of 2 minutes before being turned away. Went to a different Verizon store where they helped me and will get the sale once the item ordered comes in. Very kind people at the other location (every location ive been to but this one has been great tbh). They told me they have to clean up the mess from huber store all the time. Don't bother with this location.

I have been a Verizon customer for many yrs.The staff at Hubert Heights are not eager to help me unless I am spending a good amount of money! I bought phone charger fell apart in 3 months.So I bought a 2nd one spent another $25-$30.Itvfell apart fast too.The metal part that goes into phone broke off.When I went into store,employee told me nothing they could do because I bought the 2nd one at different location that isn't a real Verizon store.I said the sign said it was.So very disappointed in Verizon in Hubert Hts.When I go to store in Beavercreek, the employee's there said they hear that all the time.

Wonderful experience as always, being warmly greeted by Monica S. started the experience off to a positive start . As we sat down , one by one all questions were addressed methodically . Due to the level of my questions and issues with my phone , tablet ,and hotspot being aged out , Monica S reached out to her manager Sarah , who we have worked with at this store for longer than I can remember , assisted in also working to provide solutions to my questions . My lack of technical abilities were not shamed . Rather than talking and not explaining I was quickly brought up to current available speeds and data plans along with a security camera for my business. I cannot say enough great comments about this experience . My wife was informed of an available upgrade and she will definitely be in to perform her upgrade and I am certain as always her needs will be assisted and a great thank you is due .This store has associates that are willing and ready to help and Monica S and Sarah show that this is a well run store .
