The person who was helping me was very sweet and respectful not only with me as well as a gentleman that was ahead of me she made sure to ask if we needed anything else. I personally feel when people are respectful like that and male sure they help you with everything you need it make you want to use there service and return and recommend the company to others.

Ketki (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right) was extremely helpful to me explaining how to use the self check out for an extremely large Amazon return order. She was patient kind and efficient and really helped move the line along, so I didn’t have very long of a wait, which is important to me.

They let someone else sign for my package and steal it, would not provide me with the signature they took for it. They claimed that they verified the ID but this is a lie.

They 1 .most Expensive.2.the Manger lies out the Wazzu. Take a test in the have shipped in the right packaging. She said they didn't. And we called everywhere in the customer service and they don't understand why she didn't ticket to the hub. They said the exact same thing and she made up excuses....when I ask for the owner to call she wouldn't give me is name took it to hub no problem cost 14.00 dolles not the Ridiculous amount they wanted. So if anyone knows the owner, tell them the inbox me.The little lady had the manager has my phone number and I still wanted to call me cause she is. She doesn't have any Integrity Buddy aka Marko

They will rip you off! More exspensive than other ups stores! Tried to fax documents and they ripped 5 pages without telling me and throw them away. I found out later when i came home. $2.99 for the first page and $1.99 for the others. My bill was over $60.00 dollars. Go to Staples instead. $15.00 dollars.
