I get my serum eye drops made here and always great service. Friendly staff including Robin the Compound Pharmacist. Just one thing to note: their phones shutdown at 5pm. Not sure if whole Compound section of pharmacy closes that early.

Same as last review. Been using this pharmacy for years and one bottle didn’t work. Wouldn’t send out a replacement nor be helpful like they should have. Robin was very rude and unprofessional to me. Cut me off while I was talking and transferred me to someone that wasn’t tracking my problem. This company can’t even replace defective bottles. That’s how much money is there first goal, not getting patients feeling better. Vanessa thank you for your cooperation.

I have never met a more competent, friendly, helpful pharmacy and staff in my whole life. Every person we talked to went ABOVE and beyond for us. There’s nothing better than feeling heard and being able to get the medicine QUICKLY when you’re feeling sick. If I could give this pharmacy and their team 10+ stars, I would. We live in Columbus and we will be using this pharmacy in the future. It is that good. Thank you so much for helping us, being kind, helpful, and compassionate.

Went here for a COVID vaccine. The Pharmacist was VERY prompt. Administered the vaccine right at the scheduled 2pm time. No numbness in the arm thanks to proper administration. Employees and atmosphere was very pleasant.
