Needs renamed to "Take 100."
I arrived at 3:20 PM, as the third car in bay (waiting on two other cars to be finished up). After they were just finishing up the last car before me at 4:00 PM, I was informed that another car had arrived that had an appointment at 4:00 PM. I then waited another 40 minutes before they started to change my oil. 20 minutes later I left at just before 5 PM. Although it nearly took them 2 hours to change my oil, they offered me no incentives or coupons to try to compensate me for my time at a minimum; instead I found a coupon on the website myself.
I definitely do not recommend coming here if you have anywhere to be after your oil change or don't want to wait nearly two hours for a 20 minute oil change.

I had a great experience at Take 5! The staff was friendly, quick, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even offered us bottled water while we waited, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was efficient, and I felt well taken care of.
I would definitely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for fast and reliable service!
