YIKES! Terrible customer service by the older lady. She was playing candy crush the whole time not offering any good help, snarky attitude, and an overall terrible experience! I hope this place shuts down or gets a new staff.

The older lady with the red hair was a complete B word very disrespectful very hostile work environment. I will not be coming here again and I encourage everybody to literally take the extra time to find a better place. White horrible people. They must be miserable inside here because the customer service is absolutely disgusting. I can’t believe I was yelled at by an employee.

Never in my life have i ever been treated so rudely first off i come in to check out the store because i havent been in there in probably a year , from the instance i walk in a lady geets me and asked is there anthing i can help you with i said no im just looking i dont have anything particular im looking for then she proceeds to follow me step by step all the way down the counter keeps asking me if she can help me i said not at the momemt then another lady comes up and stands there with her whispering between them then i hear the one said well do you wanna go do that while i watch him, im thinking watch me for what ? So im guessing because im covered in tattoos they labeled me a theif and then out of the back this older Foreign man comes out and then he starts following me around then at one point say look buddy is there something we can get you because we have stuff to do in the back and your holding up my employees i said you dont have to be so rude then he proceeds to get even more rude i just told them nevermind im not gonna buy anything now because of being treated like this and i wont be back he said good get out and dont come back. What kind of way is that to treat a customer ive bought several things there in the past and had poor customer service but never this poorly and unprofessional

Not sure what the issue is with the lady cashier, but I have tried this smoke shop twice and each time she’s a absolutely AWFUL. I’m 25 years old however I always present my ID when she demands to see it like I’m lying. She mumbles under her breath & glares at me. I guess I’m sorry for being such an inconvenience by SHOPPING IN YOUR STORE. Idk if it’s my tattoos, my skin color or if she’s just that miserable. But she needs to find a new profession.

Every time i go there Iam treated so rudely that Iam not going there any more. If they keep it up hopefully people will stop going there. There is no sense in acting like that. Where would they be without customer's. We pay their bills. Im just shopping on line now
