First was quoted a price of $72 for a spiral perm, then it cost me $122 plus tip.
Requested same size rods I've always used. After 4th day I washed my hair and there is no curl at all.
I still had more curl before the perm from the previous one than I do now.
Went in to get it done right was told they could redo it for half price. Are you kidding me I paid $122 for a perm that didn't take and they want me to pay even more.
Then when I ask for a manager was told they wouldn't be back for a while.
I'd have to wait for a call back.
Requested style: Ask for a spiral perm, which I get one every year. Still had some curl from last one. I now have none. Even waited 4 days before washing after perm.

Victoria is a very sweet girl, I love my purple highlights, was a bucket list thing I wanted for myself. Will definitely go back.
Requested style: I requested the feather layers, my hair is very thick and dry so I will have to work on getting it that way when I style it myself

Great stylist. Took time to see how I wanted my hair styled, Very pleasant to be with.
Requested style: Due to bak and neck surgery I had a few places that were trimmed before the surgery and I needed all of this blended together to make it less noticeable and stylist was able to do just that.

Chelsea was AMAZING! She listened to what I wanted, told me realistical expectations, even stayed late to finish my hair to make sure I was happy.
To say the least- I will definitely be back to see her soon. I could not recommend Chelsea enough to everyone!
