Me and my puppy Snyper are new to the area, and we love Dogtown! Not only are they open 24/7, but they offer everything! The workers are so kind and very communicative. I love being able to see my puppy from anywhere when I travel, and after daycare and boarding days, he comes home, eats, and knocks out. It can get expensive the more you go but they are flexible it's definitely worth a visit!

They were really nice and patient with our baby girl. They cleaned her up really nice and didn't take too long at all.

We went in for the trial from1-4 pm. I wasn't allowed to see facility because " I might get hurt by one of the dogs in the back since it's an open pack place". That made me uncomfortable ? When I returned home I decided to read all the reviews. Omg ! Frightening ! When you sign the contract....you sign away ALL OF YOUR RIGHTS. That was a big red flag for me ! PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS !!! MY BABY WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE !

My dog absolutely loves Dogtown, he's always so happy to go! One handler especially. After seeing her interact with other dogs and my baby I was very satisfied. I interjected with this worker at Wal-Mart and stopped her to say what a great job I've seen her do, and she was very self maintained and seemed more humble for my words to show the excitement that showed on her face. It made me very satisfied to know my baby is in her hands! I recommend this establishment to anyone needing a hand with sitting of there pets. Also, I'm not sure but the young lady's name was shayla, I think, maybe sheila? Either way, all the workers there seem to really enjoy working with all breeds of dogs and really do show they care.

I can't recommend Dogtown highly enough! From the moment we walk through the door, the staff always greets my pup and me with the most genuine warmth and enthusiasm. It's clear that they have a genuine love for every animal that comes into their care. The staff's professionalism and dedication are evident in their approach to doggy daycare. They're knowledgeable about dog behavior, and it's reassuring to know that my fur baby is in capable and experienced hands. It's a comforting feeling to leave my dog there, knowing he'll be treated like family. My dog absolutely loves his time at Dogtown. He's always so excited to go there in the morning and comes home happy and tuckered out, a sure sign he's had a day full of play and socialization. I love seeing pictures of him playing and interacting with other dogs - it's clear he's having the time of his life! The environment is clean, safe, and organized, with plenty of space for dogs to play, both indoors and out. They really pay attention to the individual needs of each pet, ensuring a good match in play groups and providing ample rest time.Choosing Dogtown for my doggy daycare needs has been one of the best decisions I've made for my four-legged friend. It's more than just a daycare - it's a community of dog lovers who make every day a fun, tail-wagging adventure for my pup!

Dogtown is my only and favorite place that I trust my dog to stay. Dogtown provides exceptional care and outstanding service. My dog is happy when she goes and happy when she comes home. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Great job and THANK you for taking care of my sweet child.

We took our dog for an evaluation on what we were told was a slow day since he can be overly hyper. While he was there, we watched on camera the entire time. One worker completely ignored our dog anytime he came near her with the other dogs, she actually turned her back to him and kept petting/playing with the others. After a couple hours they called us to say he passed and we could pick him up. We went in and decided to sign up for a package while the front desk girl went to get him. She returned with him and told us he just failed because of how he acted while they were trying to leash him up. He's a fairly large dog, still puppy-ish, and jumps around and gets crazy when the leash comes out. They took that as aggression and failed him. I asked to speak with a manager and no one ever contacted me. They have even deleted my comments on their Facebook! Definitely dishonest and shady. I would never trust them with one of my babies.

We took our dog there for boarding while we were out of town. While on our way back, we called and asked if we could have him groomed, and they really went above and beyond and accommodated our request. It was very much appreciated and so grateful for a business like this.

I took my dog to Huber Heights Dogtown for a 4-hour temperament test. After only 20 minutes, the staff called me and told me that I needed to come pick her up, and that they wouldn’t “pass her” because she was scared of other dogs her size. She told me I needed to “take my dog to petsmart to walk her around or go to the dog park” my dog has been well socialized, enjoys playing with other dogs, and isn’t isn’t aggressive or mean. It isn’t fair to only give a dog 20 minutes to warm up to a new environment, when your website states that they need to be there for 4 hours. I asked if I’d still have to pay the full 38.00 since she wasn’t there the full time, and was told yes, because it’s their policy. I am severely disappointed with my experience here, as well as the unprofessionalism of the staff. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone.

The new facility is so beautiful and has a lot of space. I love that they have a self service bath for my dog and they take really good care of my dog!

I came in to get some information to board my dog, the staff are very friendly. The prices are not comparable to the area, however the dogs do not go in kennels at night. We love the thought of our dog not being crated. The place smells good, is semi noisy but as to be expected since it’s a daycare!

We have been bringing out golden retriever there for 4 years now and we love it! He absolutely loves coming here and everyone does such a great job making all the dogs feel loved! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the new facility is going to be amazing, I definitely recommend bringing your dogs here.

The staff were responsive to calls to check up on her. They moved her to a smaller room with fewer dogs when she was stressed. The video quality was spotty. Overall?

They decided to call me two days before my boarding to tell me that I needed to come in for another interview even though I had been there before. When I told them I would need to drive from Columbus to bring my dog, they then told me that they could not have me because I lived in Columbus even though I would be in Dayton while she was being boarded. I had my dog boarded there last year and I was still living in Columbus at the time but for whatever reason this was different. It left me scrambling to figure out where I should board my dog right before the holidays where every other place was booked. I had this scheduled for weeks and they decided last minute to screw me over. Don't waste your time with this place they clearly do not care about you or your dog.
