DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! The unit that I rented here got broken into, my stuff was ravaged through and many things were stolen. They called and said my unit was "found without a lock with things inside". The company did nothing about it and was not helpful when I was looking for assistance. The whole situation was very sketchy. After reading other reviews it seems like theft here happens a decent amount. They also randomly upcharged the unit I was renting halfway though the lease. Avoid this place at all costs and find somewhere else for storage!!!

I was a renter here for less than two months. My unit was broken into. They knew about it for nine days and never let me know. When I went in one day and discovered it, the girl in the office treated me like dirt. She made it perfectly clear my problem was nothing but a bother to her. She made me call the police. She made me come back up and let them in. She treated them like dirt too. She was just plain rude! The unit door was so damaged it couldn't be closed or locked. She moved me to another unit, but didn't do the necessary paperwork, so my gate code no longer worked. To solve that, I had to travel to one of their other locations. There I found out she was really their manager and was being paid extra to be a temporary manager in Huber Heights. It was also there that I found out the damage to the unit had been reported, to her, by another employee nine days before I found it.
I moved out as soon as I gained access to the property and if you rent there, YOU SHOULD TOO! It's obvious they don't care about you or your property, only about collecting the rent.

i reserved online and somehow gave me two units… i also couldn’t use my gate code either. then i went to my unit once we got it figured out & it was FILLED TO THE BRIM. they got me a new unit & then my gate code wouldn’t let me out. i’m not sure what was happening but im not very happy. not to mention someone came in saying his unit was broken into. the staff did everything they could to help me but im not happy & im not trusting the place. i will be leaving very soon.

I have not moved in yet. Everything was easy. However my card would not work online. So I did it via phone. My online cost was 42 and my phone cost ended being 62. So I was not happy about that, but everyone was very kind and efficient
