I had a delivery today and the delivery people were not able to get my fridge raider in my kitchen! So Raymond and Damien came to my house when they got off work and got it in the fridge raider for me! So thankful for them great customer service!

We bought a refrigerator at American Freight in Huber Heights, OH on 5/10/24.We found the frezer was building up ice and upon inspection we discovered that the rubber seal had a gap. We took pictures of the ice buildup and the gap and went back to Amer Freight on 5/27/24. We explained the situation and showed the pictures to the salesperson and the manager. The manager immediately told us to go pick out another refrigerator, gave us a fefund of the first one, and gave us a discount on the new one for our troubles. The new one was delivered today and the first one taken away. We were well pleased with the professionalism of both the salesperson and the manager. We were treated well and are very satisfied with our purchase.

Extremely satisfied with the service i received today at American Freight in Huber Heights! They let me in right at closing to look at a mattress for my daughter. They showed me my options, checked to see if they had it in stock, which they did. They were very helpful, nice and wasn't at all rude that I showed up at closing. (Which I was unaware of closing time..) They even helped me load into the back of my SUV and I was on my way! Thanks again for being so awesome guys! Highly recommend this store!!!

Mark was very helpful and didn't just try to sell me something I didn't need or want. I was surprised by the vast selection of mattresses. I will definitely be back for more furniture.

Jay, my sales person was very professional courteous and was not Assertive or pushy. I came in for a refrigerator and ended up leaving with a decision on a dining room table, deep freezer and refrigerator. Definitely, The sales person I recommend!

Great people to deal with. Clean store, organized, and friendly associates/salesmen.. the store manager was even kind enough to let a local girl scout troop set up their cookie booth inside the store so they wouldn't be out in the rain.. and the manager and associates even bought cookies from them. I'll definitely go back for my future furniture needs

American Freight in Huber Heighta. Todd was my salesman, great person along with his personality. Outstanding with help and explained everything. Damian was excellent as well when handling my warranty claim. Damian assured everything was handled and a replacement was supplied. Highly recommend! Thank you both for your professionalism!
