I was very apprehensive about shopping Redwing because I don't have experience wearing safety shoes. When I tell you that my experience was fabulous, it is an understatement. Jessica and I went through a ton of options. After she measured my feet, had me walk across some device, she offered so many options. In all honesty, this was my very best shoe shopping experience ever. From a former stiletto wearing person, I wish the boots were in colors, to coordinate with my wardrobe. The boots are amazing, the service was amazing, and I am excited for my next purchase. Hopefully by then, you will have more colors to appeal to women!

I went in to the Red Wing store because I wanted a new pair of boots and my grandfather always told me to get Red Wings. So I went in and was helped out by Ivory. She showed me which boots would work best for me and help me with the sizing. She had me stand on this platform and it did a computer scan and showed me my size. I ended up with some Tread Lites with a Vibram sole and I absolutely love them!

Have ordered from Germany the model I want to pickup and buyThis shop wasn't able to organize it.They said that Redwings will not send out shoes on spec if they would not sold...ups . They don't want to make business....The saleswoman kindly ask me to go to Columbus ( 1 hour drive)...also no possibility for overnight shipment.Please have a look in Germany!Best service and helpful sellers.I was very angry about this bad service.

Went in to get some shoes and was encountered with a very pleasant sales lady! She was very helpful and patient and told me which shoes were the best for me from the start, but I was skeptical and wanted to try on many others, and she just helped me with a smile. In the end I bought the ones she told me were the best for me from the start!! I've had them for about 2 weeks and I'm very happy with them and they are very comfy! Thank you Redwing!!

I work in the Dayton area but don't live here. My local redwing store in Lancaster told me that they couldn't get my favorite pair of shoes anymore. I called Jesse in Huber heights and told her my problem.She found them quickly, so she got me two pairs just in case. She is so nice and very helpful and Huber heights will be my redwing store from now on.
