This is the worst bank I have ever had to deal with to walk in there and wait 6 minutes while 1 person works and the others do nothing but sit around when there's a line of people it's ridiculous

This has always been a less than accomodating bank for me. I went to open an account after they told me what identification they told me I needed, and after walking 3 miles to get there they informed me they didn't take paper licenses. The time before I tried to cash a check written on their back and the requirements were tidiculous unless you have a passport or green card. Will never use this bank or recommend it.

Pathetic!!! If you ask the same question to three different people that work the window you get three different answers and there is no manager on the premises.

Came to this location to have a title notarized because the purchaser has an account here. Branch refused to notarize the title because I as the seller did not have an account. Absolut garage customer service.

Talk about a bank that likes to rob people. Since when is it customary to charge $70 to cash a check. They obviously changed it from a standard fee to 2% of the overall check value so they could make extra money off of non customers. You will definitely never gain me as a customer and I will definitely never say anything good about your bank to anyone.

Worst branch ever. 8 out of 10 times they can't do what you need. Go to another branch with same question, they get it done immediately. I ended up closing my personal account, soon will be closing my business account.
