“Where do I start the service was just unimagineable we had been searching for great deals for a long time and we just happened to have our other phone that we had service from other company and just brought them into the cricket location just to see and OMG the phone was completely compatible with their service we was greeted politely positively by fez and lord this guy was super nice and knowledgeable about all the issues that needed solving and very professional and professional as to go as Fira she was completely positive honest and experienced with the customer s that she was handling also she went step by step to ensure the best customer service I now enjoy cricket services”

“Didn't have a problem with Spectrum other than when the year was up, they raised my monthly charge. I called and tried to talk to customer service. They wouldn't work any kind of deal. I had 300mb service and went to Metronet for 1gb for same price. When I went into the store to drop off my stuff and cancel my service, the lady said I should have come in there and talked to them. Nice lady! Pricing is now competitive with Metronet. Start working the deals Spectrum!”
“I went in this past weekend to get a new phone because unfortunately I lost my phone due to me having it while near water. It’s an associate named Johnathan I think and he was so helpful! I went in twice and he was able to talk to me, guide me through directions and went above and beyond my expectations on getting me a new phone BOTH TIMES! “Fantastic service! Went to get my S22 Ultra's screen fixed aswell as front glass and back glass. Works perfectly and they seemingly even replaced my entire frame. Looks brain new out of the box. Will definitely come here in the future for any other repair/replacement needed”
