Been going to this location for a while recently there are two new girls there and I got to tell you the one girl was so rude to me... I'm speaking to her and she's just completely ignoring me and looking away finally she acknowledge me after I got the representative on the phone horrible customer service I will never go back to this location again I will go the extra mile and go to the other location... DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS ANY BUSINESS THAT WOULD HAVE TWO EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS ...IS BAD BUSINESS...

I've been going to this particular store for over a decade! No matter where I live in the city, I always come back. Heather and Autumn know what they are doing. They are kind, and knowlege they always answer my questions very fast.It's quite refreshing to have a place where I feel welcome and want to keep coming back.Thanks for your service.

I bet I'm the 1st customer to get metro on sat 3/3/23 and ill back to cricket Tuesday had problem with the phone A14 they spent 2hrs of not fixing i ask them to trade to a different phone sayed they couldn't do that so there customer service is really in the dirt atleast when I had a problem at cricket they changed the phone or went that extra mile to make the custmer happy good job metro t mobile for sorry customer support really don't even deserve the 1 star today's date 3/4/23 store was Huber heights on Brandt pike

The lady at the counter with the brownish blonde hair and glasses was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive when we camme in to inquire about an upgrade for my daughter's iphone. I personally would encourage annyone to go to the Fairborn location instead because they are professional and pleasant
