I've been going to this particular store for over a decade! No matter where I live in the city, I always come back. Heather and Autumn know what they are doing. They are kind, and knowlege they always answer my questions very fast.It's quite refreshing to have a place where I feel welcome and want to keep coming back.Thanks for your service.

I bet I'm the 1st customer to get metro on sat 3/3/23 and ill back to cricket Tuesday had problem with the phone A14 they spent 2hrs of not fixing i ask them to trade to a different phone sayed they couldn't do that so there customer service is really in the dirt atleast when I had a problem at cricket they changed the phone or went that extra mile to make the custmer happy good job metro t mobile for sorry customer support really don't even deserve the 1 star today's date 3/4/23 store was Huber heights on Brandt pike

The lady at the counter with the brownish blonde hair and glasses was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive when we camme in to inquire about an upgrade for my daughter's iphone. I personally would encourage annyone to go to the Fairborn location instead because they are professional and pleasant

I really like the staff at the Metro store on Brandt Pk. Ive been gling to that store for over a year and wont go to any other again if i can help it. Def the best Metro store around. When you switch they have a great variety of free or low cost phones to start service including I phones. They also have great low cost monthly plans with unlimited data.
