If you live in Huber you know most of these 5 star reviews, especially ones that claim checkout is fast, are fake. No management. The worst is shutting down 60% of their self checkout lanes after 6pm. Worst Krogers in Dayton.

I got there just over 10 minutes before closing.. I needed ziplock bags. Was told coming in they were closing very soon. In and back out, had 5 or 6 minutes before closing. Asked the same lady at exit "how'd I do "? .. with a manager coming up and scolding her about someone coming in?! She tried telling her that the guy wasn't listening to her and came right on in.
So my question is why didn't the manager have the security guard be in charge of keeping people out of the store. If she wanted the doors locked before closing time ??♀️?

Told me the milk (expired in WINTER but still on the shelves) I bought out of town had to be returned to that SPECIFIC store. The reason? Staff told me they didn't want it to look like *their* store made the mistake. Disgusting

This location has gone down hill in so many ways. I love the baggers and the cashiers, always so sweet. But the “uppers” are so so rude and could care less! One of the managers is always walking around talking smack about employees and other managers ??♀️. The meat section always has a nasty odor. Isles have opened food and empty drinks laying on the shelves. The isles seem smaller after this unnecessary change they decided to do. So many tripping hazards for the elderly! It’s a cluttered mess! Looks like I’ll be traveling a little further to the Fairborn location.

This store was a god sent. We traveled with our camper on our way to Indiana for mother's day. Unable to find a pull in we stopped and asked the night manager Susan if it was OK to park in their lot. Response was absolutely. Thank you Susan! In the morning we had Starbucks our server was Kelly also very friendly. Thank you ? . This Kroger was the best experience I've had in a long time.

Waited 30 min. for help in the floral dept. Vegetable plants outside on a cart were dead or dying due to lack of water. Talked to a supervisor and he said that the plants would have to be dumped in the trash. I told him that most could be saved if someone would just take a few minutes and water them. They're listed at $ 4.99 ea. I told him that's going to cost the company money....just pure laziness....pitiful.
