I have had a product in fulfillment for a week now and no one can tell me why. It's a multi tool intended for my nephews birthday which he was going to take on his scouts camping trip. Well, he just left for it today and it's still in fulfillment. What a horrible place not to know or care what's going on. Yes, I've contacted them twice. It's always wait then call back.
