Unethical and incompetent- My car was in the service center for 4 months. Check engine light on and power declined so it would hardly drive. They kept guessing at the problem, gasket's, knock sensor, engine replaced. Every time I picked it up it, light came on again and they came up with an expensive new reason. Alternator for 1100 - new transmission 4200. Never offered a rental car. Ended up giving me 4000 towards a used car on their lot. Lied about a refund for one of the repairs they said they would give me. The GM - Zac was downright rude when I asked about it. Worst customer service. I read reviews on BBB afterwards, and saw others with similar issues. I wonder if they routinely can't fix car problems so someone needs to purchase another car from their lot. I don't wonder as to why they aren't BBB certified.

I'd give zero stars if it were possible. Do not go here if you are a woman or if you want a car that runs longer than a few months. If you do, get a chrystler jeep or dodge because apparently the service department only keeps logs for those cars.

bought a used 2018 Kia optima, they first hand told me they changed the oil, hardly drove it and take it back into them for spark plugs (hardly a month later so obviously they don't make sure basic maintenance is kept up with) and they tell me it's low on oil, so that was my first clue as to the oil probably wasn't actually changed. charged me almost 200 just to even see why my engine light was on (already told them that I had it checked and told them what it was so I paid for them to tell me what I already knew). ended up taking my car somewhere else to get fixed. when I went to get my keys to do that it took them 30 min to even find out where my car keys where.

Do not recommend this dealership. In the market to purchase a new Kia Sorento. They had the vehicle I wanted listed for sale on their website showing available and a button to start the buying process now. I filled out application for that vehicle online and submitted all my information. Called the dealer as soon as they opened the next day on 2/28/22 to see the next steps in purchasing process. Spoke to Syed who said he didn't see the vehicle available but would call me back in less than an hour after he checked at their other lot. I never received a return phone call from him. While I was waiting I received an alert from my credit bureau the dealership just pulled my credit. I called back and spoke to Preston Dray. I explained I had started the buying process online and I was supposed to receive a call back but no one called me back. He said he would have to check if the vehicle was still in stock and call me back but he started asking me questions about my trade in. I answered his questions and requested a call back about the status of the car. He TEXTED me back to say the car had been sold. I called back and spoke to a front desk person asking why my credit was pulled if the car was not even available and requested a call back from Preston Dray and from the dealership manager. My husband called back and spoke to Preston who could not tell us why credit was pulled- he was not apologetic at all. My husband again requested a call back from the manager. We never were contacted again. I do not recommend this dealership- they knowingly pulled our credit when the car I was applying for was already sold and then never received a call from their management to discuss.

I brought my car here and immediately I felt like because I was a woman they didn't take me seriously. The information person who checked my car in automatically started trying to diagnose the issue with my car even though he's not a mechanic. He said it would probably be a sensor issue. Nine days went by and no one called me to even update me about how long they would expect to keep my car. I did not appreciate this because they said they would call me and I needed to get to work as this is my only car. When I called on day seven they said they hadn't even run diagnostics but then immediately afterwards I got a link saying they had done all the inspection and I feel like they falsified it because I know my oil was low and they said it was an OK level. I ended up taking my car back on day nine and bringing it to another business. They didn't have the option to have a loaner car I'm not sure why. And when I went to go pick it up they said it was probably the engine would need to be replaced, keep in mind that they still haven't run any diagnostics. Overall poor customer service and poor communication and they lost my trust.

Brought it in for an appointment I scheduled 2 weeks in advance, told me they didn't have time and it would be better if I came back the next day. Came back and then argued with a service guy for 20 minutes because he claimed I had no warranty for a battery replacement without even running my VIN. I have confirmation from other Kia dealers saying my battery is clearly 100% covered by warranty. These guys are slime balls trying to get money by any means. They do not care about you nor want to actually help if it means not giving you a bill. Don't bring your car here if you actually want it fixed

My family and I have been customers of this dealership for over 20 years. We have bought multiple Saturn's and Kia's here. I used to love them! But their service dept has become very crooked. Over the past couple years they have been bribing their customers for good responses on their surveys. They even give you a sheet of paper with the responses they need you to put in. If you give them all perfect responses on the survey, you get 1,000 bonus points added to your RevRewards. (points program where you earn points from your purchases, etc...) Their service isn't worth a perfect review. They are supposed to do a multi point inspection with an oil change, but they aren't doing it. They used to print out the results and give them to you. I haven't received one for at least my last several oil changes. I've been told "the printer is broken. But you should receive a copy in your email though." Or just simply, "we'll email the summary to you." I was ok with that, but the emails never show up. But I always get the emails with the survey so I can get my 1,000 pts! I can only assume they aren't doing the multi point inspections, but leading me to believe they are. They usually quote me a 45-60 min wait time. Lately I see my car finished and parked out front in about 20 mins, but it's still another 20 mins before I get called up to pay. Or I just end up going and asking if it's ready, and the scramble around and get me out of there. I stopped filling out their surveys because I feel so guilty about falling for their bribe. Also, I think those just go to their management, and I wanted to share my feelings here on a public forum rather than behind the scenes. They also have a lot of employee turnover in their service dept. I rarely see the same person more once. (For reference: I put a lot of miles on my car and get my oil changed about every 3 to 4 months.) If you buy a car here, get it serviced somewhere else!

I am not having a good experience with the service department. Our car decided to act up to the point of being undrivable. When we contacted the dealership we were told that we were responsible for having it towed to them also that we would need an appointment to have it looked at. Sandy's towed the car up to them at a cost of $119.00. Got ot there ahead of our appointment only to get a call that due to guys being off for illness, they cant get to it until thursday. I understand being short of skilled mechanics but dang having to pay for the tow and now being without our car for a few days more, that is tough. I will let y'all know how this turns out. 01/04/22 16:45The Service Manager reached out to me and I feel MUCH better about things.

Went in to Kia of Dayton on December 10 2021 to trade in our 2015 Chevy Silverado for a 2022 Kia Forte GT with the turbo engine, premium sound system and sunroof. Our sales representative was Preston Dray. We specifically said we wanted that particular car and was repeatedly told that's what we were getting and what we paid for. Found out 2 days ago that it most definitely is not the Forte with the turbo motor. Have tried calling to make an appointment to come in and speak with the sales manager to see if there was something we could do for getting the old bait and switch routine. No one has returned my call and here we are stuck with a car that wasn't what we paid for. Over charged for something we thought was top of the line. No way would we have agreed to the terms on a vehicle not worth the price. We asked them like 5 times if it was the turbo engine and was reassured that was what it was. Told them we would go to a different Kia dealership if they didn't have what we wanted, again we were told not a problem this is the premium package, you have turbo, sunroof and sound system. Be careful if you choose to buy a car at this location, they will say anything to just sell a car. Make sure you go over every nook and cranny so you know you're getting what you paid for. Kia of Dayton are SCAM ARTISTS!!!

Had 4 new tires put on. 2 hours, the last tire they put on something broke, but I won't have to pay for it. Great I think , no harm no foul. Few days later tire light comes on , stop at udf , check tire pressure 2 on the back are at 37 , one up front is at 31. Get all to 33 , light remains on. Call kia, nothing urgent , probably tire sensor. Couple weeks later call to bring in, earliest is 8 days out. Another 2 hour appt. , I am missing tire sensor completely on one of the tires. If I want it fixed I need to pay $200. I am perplexed how a sensor turns up missing. The long appt. Is because they had 2 sick calls, the gages at udf must have been off and a 3rd party is responsible for missing sensor. It was my fault perhaps if I didn't notice light possibly on earlier. All in all, I wouldn't recommend at least with tires.
