***** After eight plus years, once or twice each year, of HVAC issues. Just to have the AC go out in a few months. Kenworth of Dayton had the solution. Their Shoreline HVAC system is night and day the difference that I've spent the last twenty times in the shop trying to fix. The number one reason I will be back to Kenworth of Dayton is the mechanics took their time fixing my truck. They saved me a $400 ac line ($1200 total bill and a 7 day wait for the part) that was replaced within the last eight years. The experience and overall open-minded efficiency of the staff made for what will be a top destination to get my truck repaired correctly.

Professional atmosphere with professional customer service! These guys are on it and they have surprisingly good prices ...they treat you like a customer ,hard to find in this day and age !

I got towed in from a nearby truck stop because my truck wouldn't start. The truck stop called Kenworth of Dayton road service to come out and inspect the problem.They were prompt, professional and polite and explained my options before calling a tow truck as the part that I needed was on back order.They went above and beyond trying to find this part somewhere else first and they went down to Cincinnati to pick up a used part on loaner asap just to keepme rolling and installed it in my truck the very next day. They didn't have to do that but that's how they roll in Dayton.I have had a string of problems recently, spending close to 30k at 3 different other KW locations since January of this year, altogether.If it wasn't for all their help, I could've been out of business by now.They kept me rolling and I'm very grateful that I broke down where I did or I may not have received the same prompt, problem-solving and expedient care that I received with the people at Dayton, OH Kenworth (Palmer trucks).If I could give more than 5 stars I would! This place goes to show that there are still true, honest, helpful and trusting people in this world that care about your livelihood.Of course I'll be back and I will try to make this my go-to shop and I don't even live in OH.These folks are top-notch and I highly recommend bringing your truck here.

Hi my name is DOUG I do want to take the time and thank you Kenworth of Dayton Ohio, you truly made my experience very memorable, this all started out my engine light came on and diagnose the problem with our mechanic at the shop. My boss said get it to the nearest Kenworth dealership I first started in Columbus Ohio and they had a four day wait, what I needed done was the TURBO- ACTUATOR, which was faulty a warranty problem, called Dayton Kenworth, talked to the service rep Sarah which was very very helpful she said they had a day wait, I checked in Tuesday, August 18 at 21:00 Spend the night in the truck there, and they took me in gave me a call at 13:00 on the 19th, tore down the truck, and the part was ordered and came in the next day I was on a deer on the 20th, gentlemen this is a very clean facility the service is outstanding The drivers lounge is very clean, and most of all Sarah and the whole team the mechanics the service reps they’re also STEVE the service rep there Integrity is out standing there upfront and they do not BSU. I’ve been to Kenworth dealerships all over to Country from Seattle Washington, 2 New Jersey, this Kenworth of Dayton Ohio is top notch. The drivers lounge is real clean good TV reception, I stayed two nights they got a great motel with shuttle service which I recommend also Baymount of Huber Heights Ohio, but overall thank you again Sarah you are an outstanding rep. Drivers I recommend this Kenworth of Dayton Ohio very highly. If there were 10 stars to give they get 10 stars. Again this is a very very clean facility. Thank you ownership for making my experience very Worthwild.
