I can't thank this shop enough! I was driving through an unfamiliar city when my car started acting up on the highway. I was stressed and didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I found this workshop, and they went above and beyond to help me. The team was quick to diagnose the issue, explained everything clearly, and reassured me that it could be fixed without any major complications. Their professionalism and expertise turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. If you're ever in need of help in this area, I highly recommend this workshop! Just had my van in for some electrical work and they obviously didn't know it was gonna need reprogrammed after a new TIPM was put in because now half the electrical components don't work anymore but the issue I had going In was fixed. We were never told it needed reprogrammed until my wife made it to her first turn and neither turn signal worked anymore and her tire went flat due to a razor blade being stuck in it (which we can't prove it came from the shop that the van had sat at for two days and we had literally only drove for less then a minute down the road so we ate the new tire) they came and put the spare on for my wife but denied the razor blade came from there shop. But the wife also set up a time to drop off the van for the new electrical issues happening for this morning. She dropped it off around 9 this morning and called to check on the progress about 1:00 but the mechanic that answered the phone proceeded to yell and belittle my wife acting as if she was attacking him for the new electrical issues. Luckily another mechanic came by and stopped him from yelling at my wife and was very respectful about it. Bottom line is we will never use this place again and hopefully that employee gets a talking to before he yells at someone's wife while the husband is around.

Trustworthy shop that does quality, honest work. Never had any issues any time I brought my truck there. Everyone in the shop is also super nice and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

Bobby and his crew were absolutely phenomenal. I’m very particular on who touches and works on my car. So building trust in someone is essential for me. They did a brake rotor/pad change and oil change on my 2019 Genesis G80. Did excellent work and the price was very reasonable for the job. Customer service was top notch, and some of the most friendly people I’ve talked to in a shop. He’s definitely earned a lifetime customer as long as the shop is around!

i would give this shop a 0 out of 5 stars if i could. A friend recommended me this place to take my car to, they told me my engine was bad & would need an entirely new engine. Ended up taking it to another shop & only needed new coil pack & o2 sensor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. BIG TIME RIP OFF!

I'd give 100 stars if I could! My boss has been singing Bobby's praises for years and every word is well-earned. He saved my butt yesterday, coming to the rescued when my car battery shut down for the third time in one day just a mile or two down the road from the shop. He was able to get my car to the shop, replaced the battery, terminals, and corroded connector, and I had my car back within a couple hours tops. He was professional, friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. Not being particularly car savvy myself, I felt comfortable in my understanding of the work to be done. I will most definitely use them again and have already started recommending them to family and friends!Service: Auto battery replacement
