“Had an amazing stay here 2 nights ago and I can't stop think about how helpful Rachel (the receptionist that checked us in) was. Long story short: We booked the room same day after leave Sandusky (Great Wolf Lodge) but got stranded on the road, took AAA 2½hrs to get to us only to find out the tow truck drive didn't have gas in his own truck to get us to our destination, so then we were stranded in the tow truck for another 3hrs, FINALLY getting to the hotel at 3am, smh. Rachel seen the frustration on my face, heard my situation and did everything in her power to make sure my stay at the Holiday Inn Fairborn was better than the night I was having. She was so pleasant and it was felt. The next day we came to find out the whole staff was just as pleasant. Thank you for your service ??Rooms: Rooms were extremely clean. A1 quality mattresses for a good nights sleep”

“For a budget friendly hotel this is a terrific place to stay. It's easy to access and everything is in great shape, it's obvious the staff care about the guest experience and they do a great job. Kyana and Shayla were at the front desk and were both extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was the normal spread for a Fairfield and well done. The parking lot was pretty full but I didn't hear a peep from anyone else so the rooms seem to have good soundproofing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.”
“We had a good stay. There were two groups in the hotel that weekend Central State University alumni and a youth soccer team. I feel that the hotel staff was attentive to all guest. The rooms were excellent. Beds were comfy. I will definitely stay there again.Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, retailers and local gaming center.”
“Very quiet location, well off expressway. Walking paths nearby for morning walks with dogs. Near lots of stores/shops. Rooms are very nice, clean & tidy. Towels upgraded. Staff super helpful. Grounds in very good shape. Front desk said that they have been open 3.5 years and said they work hard to keep hotel in good shape. Breakfast AWESOME. Omelets (precooked), 2 choices. Sausage, oatmeal, pancake machine (2 fresh pancakes made), fruit, great coffee, juices. Just a good deal in a great location. Pet friendly.”

“Very typical 3 star hotel. Rooms are modest, but comfortable. But the staff was very friendly.Food & drinks: Breakfast is complete. Eggs, waffles, sausage, ham and bacon. Also, pastries, yogurt, fruit coffee, tea and juice. The young woman working in the breakfast area was friendly and helpful.”
“I attended the colorguard competition this past weekend. The convention center was SO nice … as was the competition being held there. The parking garage was attached with a covered walk way. BONUS The place spotless and workers were beyond friendly.”

And it still has the same good friendly service that it did back then.. Considering all the problems with help and maids.So if you're in a beaver creek area, this is the best place for the price and the location..”

“Nice place to stay if you are looking for great value. I always book a King size bed room. Personally, I have always had better experiences when I book a King size bed. The room we booked was updated and clean, looked like no one had ever stayed in it. The bed was huge and very comfortable, New sheets/pillowcases and comforter. I always check for issues with Bed bugs/ bugs in general my room was clean and bug free. There was plenty of hot water for taking showers. Convenient to the Air Force Museum and nearby restaurants. Location is a bit of a drive, Breakfast was better than most more affordable hotels. Not perfect but decent, coffee, juice, decent selection of hot and cold items, apples ect. The outside of the building is a little stand-off ish. Definitely could use improvements but then this location would be a lot more expensive.”

“The rooms are a bit outdated and having a single washer and dryer for a whole building was a little inconvenient. The location is good relative to base amenities. The commissary, Exchange, and gas station are all within 5 minutes. Lodging itself is only about 3-4 minutes from the main gate. They only service rooms once a week due to limited manning.”
“Front desk was very nice . The shuttle driver James was informative and very polite. Great attitude. The shuttle service is awesome. Room was clean . I’ll be trying the breakfast in the morning. So far it is safe to stay at a 4 star review just because of the staff .”
