I have no complaints really, but you guys need to change the Sunday hours shown online, it says you are open 8a.m.to 8p.m. so I came by at 7:15 p.m. sunday evening 9-8-24 only to find u are closed, along with a few other cars turning around aswell......alot of unhappy customers

So I pulled into this location, as I was getting ready to pass the middle cone, there was a young gentleman standing there so I stopped. I waited to see why he was there and then all of the sudden he grabbed a cone and put it in the pathway of my car so I couldn’t move forward. Granted, it was 5:59 pm and I guess they close at 6:00. As soon as I realized what was going on he walked away without acknowledging me what so ever. Not a “sorry we are closed” or anything. This is not how I would treat a customer that spends money at this location with multiple cars. I WILL NOT go back to Flying Ace car washes again. There are a ton of car washes in the area that are happy to have my business and the way this team member treated me, I will be happy to take my business somewhere else. Also I had to back out where customers exit the lot. Totally unprofessional!!

Love this place ! Quick and easy . No waiting on the vacuums plenty of them ! Didn’t at all feel rushed . The $4 towel exchange is a must ! Car wash does a great job ! Employees are always available and friendly . Monthly pass is well worth it !

Got the barnstormer , it only put soap on my suv and rinsed it off . The car wash didn’t touch or wash the rear or sides of my suv . My suv is completely filthy still smh . I don’t think the teenager girl knew how to operate the control panel . (Or) there’s something wrong with the machinery .

As I have found with all the flying aces that no matter what the price of wash you get, the rear of the vehicle is almost always not washed. I've purchased the lowest to the highest wash and the results are the same. Also, the conveyer is pushing cars out prematurely before the rear of the vehicle gets dried. I do understand that there are towels (which have to be purchased) provided to dry the car the rest of the way manually. The attendants are friendly and do take payments at the kiosk so I don't have to reach over myself. The amenities are good and vacuums are powerful enough to get stuck in pet hair. Trash cans are almost always emptied out and the lot stays clean

Every time I go to Flying Ace, leaves my vehicle very spottied. I usually wash it myself, but cold morning didn't allow me too. Great employees though.

Colorado did not come clean. Was surprised. I wiped it down to get rest of film off of it. (Have belonged since you opened) 1st bad job
