Took a new watch here to get it resized. They did it quickly, it was far less money than I expected, and we're very friendly. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I have been a customer of this store for 40 plus years and have NO complaints about them ever!!! They have made jewelry from 1 of a kind stones that were incredible and my bride was blown away. Also a tear drop 2.5 carrot Dimond pendant that was perfect. They also fixed every trashed watch I brought them...highly recommended... read full comment

Speaking with Ruth is such a joy. If there is a kinder speaking person on earth I haven't met them. Oh, they also did a great job fixing my wife's tennis bracelet.
